32. The wish

The waves of adrenaline rushed through Taehyung's body. He sat frozen after hearing the alpha's wish. He isn't expecting this. But Jungkook went too far this time. Like always, the alpha surprised him.

"Jungkook, I don't---"

"Shushhh... Take a deep breath. You got this... Come on..."

The alpha said placing his finger on Taehyung's soft lips. The said male gulped harshly. When Jungkook said wish, he was expecting something else, you know... But!

"Jungkook, we're in the packhouse."
Taehyung tried once again. But the alpha is not ready to back off. He started tracing the omega's jawline and Taehyung gasped. He was preparing himself to grant the alpha's wish.

The male closed his eyes and remembered Jungkook's words. He could feel the chills running through his spine.

"I want to see your wolf form. Now"

It's not like Taehyung can't shift or he hates his wolf. It's...he's insecure. He saw the true blood. The big black beautiful wolf with crimson red eyes. It was a sight for him. But he- his wolf is not that big and--- Taehyung feels uncomfortable at the thought that Jungkook will see his wolf form.

He can't tell that reason to alpha. He knows Jungkook will accept him in any way. But still, the omega felt uneasy. Taehyung sighed and pushed Jungkook away. The alpha got what his mate was going to do.

Jungkook turned around and waited for Taehyung to shift. They can't go outside for a run, but that's okay. The bedroom is fine for now.

The alpha was smiling. After some time, he felt something near his hand, something soft like a feather. He turned to see the most beautiful sight.

Before him stands a pure white wolf with burning purple eyes. Its fur was beautiful and soft. The wolf is not that big like JK. But it managed to keep the ethereal view. Jungkook wasn't surprised. Why? It's Taehyung's wolf we're talking about.

The alpha crouched down to the wolf's level. He knows someone was eager to meet the omega too. But not now. Jungkook touched the wolf's soft face. It's just like Taehyung- flawless.

"Hello mate"
The alpha said showing his precious bunny smile.

"You're -- you're so beautiful... So so beautiful "-he said, caressing the wolf's face.

The wolf licked his face and nuzzled on his neck. Jungkook giggled at his mate's doing.

The alpha slowly stroked the soft white fur. And the omega mate continued nuzzling on the crook of his face.

Jungkook was giggling non-stop. The wolf started licking his neck and face. The alpha leaned back and now the wolf hovering him.

"Stop... That tickles..."
Jungkook laughing while caressing his mate. God, how much he loved this affection. How much he loved this happiness. Soon, he felt the wolf stopped the tickling and Jungkook laid down comfortably.

That's when he felt the wolf was laying on him. Head resting on his chest, making comfortable with himself. Jungkook felt heart full. He wrapped his strong arms around his omega. The wolf isn't heavy at all. Instead, it feels like a feather. The alpha caressed softly, running his fingers through the fluffy fur, and smiled endearingly.

They both laid there like that for a long time. It's heavenly. Both mates are enjoying it. Eyes closed, sinking into this euphoria, they stayed like that.

"How was the meeting with their army general?"

Jin asked. They were sitting at Yoongi's office room except for the head alpha and his mate. They were there for a reason.

Namjoon looked a little tense. He took a deep breath and said.
"They know Beakhyun is here. But, they're too afraid to attack us.

Suho was fine. He talked almost neutral tone. But I know that's not forever."

"It's good as long as they're not attacking us. We will keep an eye on them."
Yoongi said. Everyone nodded. But still, Namjoon was silent.

"It's not about Beakhyun. It's... Taehyung."
Namjoon said. The others looked at him confused.

"What about Taehyung?"
Jimin asked out of curiosity.

"You know red crescent is Taehyung's old pack. But that's not all... It's the same pack that attacked us years ago and...  Took Taehyung away.

I heard the stories. They were treating him like... A treasure but... Like a cursed treasure.

And the alpha...Chanyeol... "

Namjoon was not helping the group with his broken words. He was torn after hearing the stories about his brother there. He was struggling to express the pain and suffering his brother faced at the pack.

"Namjoon, tell us what happened. "
Yoongi said to a confused Namjoon. He sighed and stood up from the chair. The group was eager to know what he was going to say.

"They were keeping Taehyung so that Chanyeol can mate with him. Even though he has Beakhyun, that bastard wanted my brother. He---

Thank God Taehyung could never submit to his tricks and dirty moves. That's why he couldn't touch him not even once"

"And why is that?" -Yoongi.

"Huh?"

"Why is Taehyung not submitting to anyone?"
