"You don't, "said the skinny pale-looking 20-year-old now known as Shigaraki (at least that's how old he looked to Kakashi)with messy light blue hair declared
"Well...maa, I guess I'll join."
"If you don't-huh?" "did you say you'd join?"
"Yes"
Kakashi normally wouldn't think of joining any side but...He does like the villain side better than he likes the heroes.
Not to mention it's a fast process to become a villain unlike being a hero and having to work for so many years.
In the end, it's just because he doesn't want to work.
"Do I get paid?"
Instead of Shigaraki answering the mist(Kurogiri) answered
"Yes"
That solidified his answer to be a villain
