Apollo and artemis: take on the city

Chapter 10

Kevin and daniel are at the school's library, they are reading some archeologist book. I mean afterall they both want to be an archeologist, studying ancient mystery is always their dreams.

Today, they want to induldge in some mythology from around the world. Like greek, norse, egypt, and a few more. As they're reading, kevin started wondering how artemis and apollo are doing.

" hey, do you think artemis and apollo are okay? " kevin ask

" of course they are, i'm sure they are enjoying their school right now " daniel said

" you know, speaking of artemis and apollo. They're names remind me of the two famous greek gods THEE... artemis and apollo " kevin said

" oh yeah, wait " daniel said as he get a book about greek mythology

" let's see... artemis and apollo... two divine twins of olympus, born from the titan leto and zeus " daniel read the book

" whose mother has had a hard time giving birth because she was curse by the queen of the gods to not be able to give birth on any land that has rooted to the earth " kevin continued

" then... she found the floating island delos who has not been rooted to the earth therefore leto can give birth there " daniel continued

" woah, that is some birth story " kevin said

" yeah, the poor lady had it rough " daniel said

" but still i can tell why they're name after the two most powerful god in greece, those two like the gods are amazing " kevin said

" yeah, you know. We should do something for them, to show how much we appreciate them " daniel said

" good idea! We can take them to our favorite place... central park " kevin said

" great idea, we should tell cory first. Remember its a surprise " daniel said

" absolutely! " kevin said

At olympia highschool, artemis was helping aiden after he was bullied.

" i'm really thankful you saved me " aiden said

" no problem, man... seriously who was that jerk? " artemis ask

" that was ronald, he's the famous school bully. Everyone's afraid of him, he is known to bully people when they crossed him. And... i'm afraid he might comeback for you and... " aiden said

" name's apollo, and please. I'm not afraid of some bully and so is my brother, my name's artemis. And where we come from, people fear us " artemis smiled

" really? Woah, cool. You and your brother are something else " aiden said

" anyway, now that you're okay. I guess i should go " artemis said

" where are you going? " aiden ask

" biology class " artemis said

" hey, i also go there too. In fact i'm going there now " aiden said

" really?! " artemis ask

" do you think... maybe... we can... i don't know... go toget- " aiden

" sure, come on. Race ya " artemis said then she started speed walking

" Hey! No fair! " aiden laugh

" okay okay i'll slow down, it wouldn't be fair and as a huntress- i mean a great sport. I always play fair " artemis said

" ahaha... oh so now you're playing the gentlemen type " aiden said

" anyway, enough about me. Tell me about yourself " artemis ask
