And i lost you like a pebble in this sea of people
A never ending flow of humans, blocking my light
And your silhouette is fading
I keep forgetting your name
It doesn't flow off my tongue like it use to
The sharp edges of the letters cut my mouth
And i write you down in blood
I lost you at the sea, searching for a sea shell i lost my whole universe there
I don't think i will ever find you again
Because the waves have probably washed you onto the shores of another
But i hope you are happier there
I hope you never cry yourself to sleep again
I loved you
I still love you, i wish i could tell you that one last time
But it won't do either of us any good so i will keep it in my heart and whisper it to the sea in hope that she takes my message to your shores
