Let's take a minute to shut up and process the fact that it's been only six days....And he brought her...And my best friend in the house I used to live in.
No hesitation,no problem whatsoever, didn't give a single damn.
I laugh sarcastically while Carlos stares at me,my reaction surprising him.
"So you're telling me....I've been crying myself to sleep for a week, worried if he's sad,okay,mad and he's been with his mistresses?".
"Well no,we don't know that,all I found out was that Palmer...She's-"He stops again, I hit his shoulder in annoyance.
"She what?"Austin asks confused,I completely forgot they were planning on meeting each others parents a month ago.
"Well doll,you were friends with a snake,she somehow heard you left and she came running to comfort Richardo"My eyes widen.
"WHAT?! SHE WHAT?!!!"Austin yells out, getting up aggressively, knocking the chair over.
"How do you know that that's Palmer?".
"She worked at the warehouse with you right? With that girl Kathryn?"I nod.
"That's her,she was there...Her arm around Richardo's neck"My heart sinks, I look at Austin to see his reaction,he liked Palmer since he saw her for the first time,he probably feels just like I do.
He glares at Carlos,his right eye twitching in anger.
"DAMNIT!!!"I flinch as the plates go flying around the room, hitting every corner.
"She tricked me...She said she loves me and she understands I have to work and take care of everything...She just wanted to get close to home from the start".
I sit on the bed still processing the news, I didn't even realize I was crying until tears started falling on my hands, I feel a hand on my shoulder, nudging me carefully.
"You want me to get the cookies and the juice? Comfort food?"Carlos asks, I just nod,unable to say anything.
"I'll be right back,the store is ten minutes away"He says and runs out leaving me and Austin alone, both quiet and surprised by how the two most important people in our lives tricked us and somehow ended up together.
"Good thing I didn't come back to the house"He breaks the silence.
"I don't know how,how is this possible? Did they....Was this their plan? Why are both of them there and where the hell is Aylin? She wouldn't allow this, would she?"I asked quietly, tears still falling down my cheeks.
"I don't know, I called her last night,we-"I get up covering my ears

"No,not that,did she mention Richardo or me?"He shakes his head.
"No, that's the thing,she stopped asking about you ever since you fell off that cliff, I try talking about you but she shuts me down completely".
His words yet again make my heart drop,how much can one person take until they go on that cliff again?
Will I ever recover from this? The love of my life,that I just left,with his ex and my best friend in one house...No I don't think I will.
