Our First Date

Meghan's POV

After I got out of the hospital I went home to go shower. I get in the shower and I started singing like I usually do. I get out of the shower and I get dressed. Charlie and I were gonna eat after this. He did ask me on the way of taking me home if I want this to be our first real date. I said yes so this is gonna be our first date. I texted him that I was ready. He told me he'd be here in 10 minutes. I walked to the living room and Sam was trying not to smile but it didn't work. "Meg, you look gorgeous." I blushed," Thank you Sam." I sat on the couch. Sam went to the kitchen and there was a knock on the door. I got up and went to the door. I opened it to see Charlie in a plain black shirt, jeans and some vans. When he saw me I saw his jaw drop a little. He started stuttering," Y-you look b-beautiful M-Megs." I started blushing again," Thanks Char, you don't look so bad yourself." I grabbed my purse and we walked out of the apartment. I had no idea where we were going. Charlie just told me to dress nice but casual. We started walking and we hit a park. He took me to this picnic on the ground. I smiled. He's too sweet. We sat down and he handed me a sandwich. I asked him," You didn't make this, did you?" He shook his head. "I had Owen do it." I started eating the sandwich.

Charlie's POV

Megs and I had finished eating and we were looking at the sky. She pointed at one of the clouds," That looks like a dog." It made me think about Koa. Megs hadn't met him yet. She got up and she looked at me. I asked," You good Megs?" She nodded her head. Before I knew it she attacks me with a kiss. It was so sweet. I never felt this way about any other girl. She pulled away and smiled. I could look at that smile all day. She stood up and asked," Okay, what's next?" I grabbed some whipped cream out of the basket and I sprayed her with some. She was in shock for a second. "Oh, you are going so down Gillespie." She grabbed the other one and sprayed me. We started spraying each other and running around. After a while we were both covered in whipped cream. I wrapped my arms around her waist. She leaned into me and we stood there for a minute. She turned around in my arms and kissed me again. This girl is the best thing to ever happen to me. I made sure to have some towels to clean ourselves and the park. We picked everything up and put it in my car. We drove to the beach. I grabbed the towel and laid it down. We sat down.

Meghan's POV

We sat on the beach. It was kinda chilly and I think Charlie knew because he offered me his sweater. "Char, what about you? You'll get cold." He shook his head," No I'm okay. Plus I want you to keep it." I smiled and took it. I put it on and oh it smells good. He wrapped his arm around me and we watched the sunset.
We got in the car about 10 and we drove around some more. Tomorrow is our last day of filming and we didn't need to be there until 10 since we only had a few scenes left. Finally he drops me off at my apartment. Like the gentleman he is, he walked me to the door. I turned to him and said," I had a great time, Char." He smiled," I did too." He leaned in and we kissed. I swear I feel butterflies exploding in my stomach every time we kiss. We pulled away and I said," Goodnight Charlie." "Goodnight Megs." He left and I opened the door and I sighed of happiness. Sam jumped in front of me. "How was the date. Tell me EVERYTHING!!" I giggled. I told her what happened. "Awe, I'm so happy for you Megs, ugh I wish I had a relationship like that." I shoved her lightly," You'll find your dream girl soon." She smiled. "I better go take a shower. It feels like I still have whipped cream in my hair." I grabbed some pyjamas and got in the shower. The whole time I couldn't stop smiling about Charlie and I's date. I got out and got ready for bed.

Charlie's POV

I got home to see Owen in the kitchen. He asked me," How was the date?" "It was so much fun. I can't wait until we get back to L.A. for our next date." He teased me," Oh, so she likes you enough for another date." I rolled my eyes. "I gotta jump in the shower." I went in the shower and I couldn't stop thinking about Megs. She's definitely someone special. I got out of the shower and I looked at my phone to see that Megs texted me

Megs😍: Hey, I know I already said it but I had a great time. I can't wait to see you tomorrow ask Luke 😉 Goodnight 😘

Charlie 🥰: I had a great time to and I can't wait to see you too 🥰 goodnight 😘

I put my phone down and I got ready for bed and I fell asleep.

A/n so I just had to put Koa in this. Koa is so cute!!
