Song For This Chapter:

Lover-Taylor Swift (Remix)[Feat. Shawn Mendes]

"Look in my eyes, they will tell you the truth
The girl in my story has always been you
I'd go down with the Titanic, it's true, for you, lover"

Darlene's POV:

So far this day is going really well. The smile on my face has just grown as the day has gone on. Maya's choice of activity was really fun. There was only a couple rides, but they all had to do with extending you over the roof to show how high up you were, it was more thrilling than scary.

As for my activity, I wanted to go High Roller which is a Observation Wheel or essentially a giant ferris wheel, similar to the London Eye. Which Harry kept commenting on, seeming extremely excited about my choice.

The nickname London boy really does suit him.

My activity wasn't extravagant, I know. But it's somewhere I've always wanted to go in Vegas and I had a feeling this would be my only opportunity for who knows how long.

The last activity of the day was Harry's and he's still kept hush about where or what it is. He also insisted on his being last, but I didn't mind.

We're all following him down the Vegas strip, Maya pestering him for answers.

"Give me one hint" She pleads from beside him. I'm standing on the other side of him so I have to crane my neck a bit to watch the interaction go down.

"My lips are sealed" Harry says watching her in amusement as he pretends to zip his lips shut.

"Maya he won't budge, trust me" I say finding amusement in the situation as well.

The look she gives me basically says, 'you're supposed to be helping me bitch, what the fuck' but I just shrug. I know there's no use in trying, I'm just trying to save her the trouble.

"Okay how about I make a prediction and you tell me if I'm right or wrong? Is it the aquarium you and Darlene broke into?" She asks sounding confident in her assumption.

"No." Harry says simply but Maya just furrows her eyebrows,

"Wait-wait, 'no' you won't tell me if my prediction is right or wrong or 'no' it's not the aquarium?"

Harry just turns to her with an amused smirk on his face not answering her question. Honestly the aquarium was a good prediction, I didn't even think of that myself. But I think Harry and I both know better than to show our faces there after last night. But at the same time, it's Harry we're talking about. He would one hundred percent do something like that. Regardless, it would actually be kind of funny.

Maya groans in frustration, but in a playful way, "Just whisper it in my ear, I won't tell anyone"

After a few beats Harry motions for her to come closer her face lighting up, she tilts her head so her ear is closer to him.

"No" Harry whispers but it's nowhere near quiet enough for it only to be heard by her. I can't help the laugh that escapes past my lips.

Maya just glares at him but from personal experience, glaring at Harry doesn't really phase him. Usually it's exactly the reaction he's hoping for. Despite knowing this I still find myself doing it often.

Maya just huffs, clearly not used to his persistence. She leans her body forward a bit so she has a clear view of me,

"Now I understand why he gets on your nerves sometimes" She says with a overly sweet voice despite her taking a jab at Harry before turning to look forward again. I can't help the chuckle that escapes my mouth, I really tried to hold it in but I couldn't.
