Harry's POV:

Jack and Rose. That's all I could think about at dinner. There is no way we are Jack and Rose. Why am I so hung up on this? Maya implants these ideas in my head and they drive me crazy.

The more Niall went into detail about the comparison the less I began to think it was far fetched.

"You doing okay up there?" Darlene says in amusement, looking up at me briefly to where I'm sitting at the end of the bed before going back and sifting through her suitcase.

I didn't realize how zoned out I was, I must've been staring off for a bit now.

"Yeah just...thinking" I respond, turning my attention to her. She finds what she was searching for, holding it in front of her to inspect it.

"About what?" She asks curiously as she walks over until she's standing between my legs. My hands rest on her hips on instinct, feeling the soft cotton of her sundress underneath my fingertips.

"Hypothetically if we were Jack and Rose.." I begin looking up to find her listening intently, "would you actually jump back on the boat?" I ask raising my eyebrow at her. That's the comment that's been nagging me the most.

"Yeah" She says letting out a soft laugh, looking a bit confused as to why I am bringing this up again.

I give her a disbelieving look causing her to scoff,

"You'd actually sacrifice your life for mine?" She says in rebuttal raising an eyebrow at me, a similar disbelieving look now resting on her face.

"Yes Darlene. I would" I say defensively, a bit offended that she'd think I'd just let her die.

I know it isn't that deep, but I think this comparison goes further than both her and I would like to admit.

She just hums in agreement but her face holds a unconvinced look,

"I would jump back on because...you know but and also because then I'll get to live out my favorite scene from the movie" She states in amusement.

I roll my eyes a smile growing on my face, "Plus we'd both end up surviving because I said so. You won't have to sacrifice yourself anyways" She states confidently.

"But, if it came down to it I'd sac-"

I'm cut off by her lips attaching to mine, her hand holding my chin to tilt my head up to meet hers.

"We're not Jack and Rose anyways so discussion over" She says happily once she pulls back. I roll my eyes at her avoidance but I don't push it any further, it's a stupid conversation anyways.

"I'm gonna go get ready with Maya" She says moving out of my grip and making her way out of the door, her outfit clutched in her hand.
