"The hell is that supposed to mean?" Tony asked over the earpieces.

"We'll let you know if we see it." Steve informed.

Just then the huge doors in front of us opened up, releasing the weapon. The weapon was a masked man. "Hey uh guys I think I found the weapon." I hesitantly let out. "Does a masked man with a metal arm sound about right?"

"Shit!" Natasha blurted. "That'd be The Winter Solider. He's been doing Hydra's dirty work for 50 years. He's no joke guys stay alert."

"Jet's ready for immediate removal if needed," Bruce told us. "Just shout for help and I'll pull all of you out of there ASAP."

Right away the man with the metal arm began fighting us. Steve used his shield to deflect the bullets. Eventually, we were close enough to The Winter Solider for head-on combat. I stepped back to launch rocks at him faster than the speed of a bullet, but to no avail, he managed to avoid all of them, with very few of them actually hitting him but merely bouncing off his metal arm. Steve was bombarded by guards leaving me with one on one combat with The Winter Soldier. I began using my knives. As I pulled them out he did the same and we were shockingly matched in skill with them. The Winter Soldier pushed me far back leaving me skidding on the ground. Steve looked back to see if I was ok but had no time to react.

Quickly I brought myself to my feet and grew branches from the ground, they pounded through the cement and grabbed the man by his arms and legs, slowly wrapping around his torso. My nose began to bleed as I used as much strength as I could to bring the branches up to his face. Suddenly the man's metal arm broke through my branches and grabbed a knife. He threw it at me causing it to deeply gouge my right shoulder.

"GAHH!" I wailed as I dropped to the ground leaving my branches to do the same. Steve finished off the guards just as this happened and ran back towards me to check on me. As my branches fell they tore off the man's mask revealing his face. I looked up at him into his eyes filled with anger when suddenly my anger dropped. I was speechless.

"Bucky?" I questioned. Steve looked up and we were both frozen. Neither of us could comprehend what was right in front of our eyes.

"Who the hell is Bucky?" The man questioned. I did not doubt in my mind that this was our Bucky. One look and I knew that was him. How could he not remember us, let alone himself?

He sprinted towards Steve, as Steve and I sprinted back at him. Bucky threw a punch with his metal arm but Steve deflected it. "Bucky this isn't you." Steve began as they continued fighting. Steve was now only using defensive moves, he couldn't bring himself to hurt Bucky. "Look Buck, back there over my shoulder. You see her? That's Y/n, your Y/n, your doll. We found her Buck."

Bucky froze as he looked behind Steve's shoulder at me as I was holding my arm in pain. For a split moment, it looked as if he remembered who I was, who he was. That moment quickly ended and he continued to fight Steve.

"I've got the file, we're good to go" Natasha called out over the earpiece.

"Quickly please Banner, I'm hurt bad!" I panted. Within seconds Bruce touched down by me and Steve, and Steve helped me onto the jet. We both looked down at Bucky as we lifted into the sky.

"Sister are you alright?!" Loki asked frantically as he saw my arm. I remained silent staring down at Bucky. "Please let me have a look."

"I'm fine I'm fine. We'll worry about my arm later!" I groaned. "Let's just get the others." My brother reluctantly agreed as he looked at me with worry. I continued staring blankly.

"Y/n I'll take a look at you as soon as we get back. Sounds like you're the only one that got severely hurt." Bruce explained.
