Chapter 20

Jennie's POV

We arrived here at Korea exactly 9 days ago, we just dropped our things at our units and do some laundry that day. The next day, we went straight to Jisoo's house and just lazy around, play with her nephew and go to the parks and malls.

Now, is our first day here in my house. My mom welcomed us with a feast styled meal.

She knew about my feelings for Lisa, I called her the day that everything happened. I have no one to asked for advise, and she's my first best friend that's why I told her everything.

I never kept a secret to my mom, she's the only one I got since I was a kid that's why we always have each others back. She never go beyond what I want, she always supports me and I'm really grateful she's my mom.

She can't take her eyes from Lisa though. Since we got here, she always pull Lisa and chat with her. I'm more than glad to see them chatting. I can see clearly that my mom like her too.

I'm currently sitting here at the garden when my mom suddenly came. She sat beside me and pat my shoulder.

"How are you dear?"

"I'm never been good mom, how about you?"

"I'm good too and I'm happy because you're here" she hugged me and I did the same. "by the way, I like her" we pulled out from our hug and we looked at each other

"I guess so. you almost forgot I'm your daughter" I joked and she chuckled

"you're jealous of your lover?" she asked in disbelief, I immediately blushed because of the term she used. "oh, you're blushing, you really like her a lot huh?"

"No mom, I love her" I smiled and she smiled to me too. "where is she?"

"She's in your room now, I can see that she's sleepy so I let her go for a while"

"Thank you mom, she's really a sleepy head you know" I hold her hand and she squeezed mine in return

"Don't mention it dear, I can see you're really happy and it makes me happier. When are you planning to confess?" she asked that caused me to be nervous immediately

"I-I actually planned to confess before our vacation here ends" I replied shyly

"oh, don't be shy baby, I'm more than willing to help you" she smiled.

My mom is more a lot like me. I got it from her of course. The bitchiness aura but genuine to those who're really dear to us.

After a few more minutes of catching up, I decided to go to my room to see Lisa.

When I entered, I saw her peacefully sleeping on my bed. It gives me so much butterflies in my stomach. I know we're sleeping together for months already, but seeing her in my bed, my comfort zone, that's just another level for me.

It's around 2pm now. I sat beside her and caressed her hair.She steered a little and snuggled on my hands.She sighed as if she's waiting for me. I smiled with the thought.

We're inseparable now and I don't actually know what will happen after I confess to her. I don't want to lose her, but I need to take risk to make her mine and ask her to be my girlfriend.

I never wanted anyone as much as I want her.

I want her because I need her, I need her because I love her. Others might love a person because they need something from them, but the love I have for Lisa is what makes me need her.
