A/N- I bet you can guess

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

Why was I so oblivious?

I'll be the one if you want me to.

I tried to be there for you.

Anywhere I would've followed you.

I was with you, at the hospital.

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

It's all my fault.

And I... I'm feeling so small.

Everybody turned away from me.

It was over my head.

I never though that this would happen.

I know nothing at all.

I didn't know about your depression.

And I...will stumble and fall.

I haven't come out of my room since that day.

I'm still learning to love.

Nobody is as good as you.

Just starting to crawl.

I can't eat or sleep.

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

I'm so sorry.

I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you.

I was too late.

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

Why did this have to happen?

And I swallow my pride.

I'll never forget the day.

You're the one that I love.

You always have been the one I love.

And I'm saying goodbye.

All thanks to me.

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

I wish I could be with you.

And I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you.

I can't fix that day.

And anywhere I would've followed you.

I would do anything for you.

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

I'll be with you soon.

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

Sooner than you think.

Say something.

A/N- In case you got confused, the plot was:

Scott had been very distant from Mitch lately. Mitch becomes depressed and Scott doesn't know. Things get worse for Mitch and he goes to the hospital. Scott becomes aware of the fact that Mitch wasn't around and visits him at the hospital. Mitch explains everything to Scott and Scott is devastated. Mitch eventually dies because the depression took over his body and he couldn't handle it. Scott wrote this for Mitch and explained everything as well. Scott was unfortunately too late and sees that Mitch died. In the end, Scott commits suicide, therefore saying, "Sooner than you think."
