Me and my team were measuring the sides but i keep on being distracted by his stare. Hindi kami masyadong malayo sa isa't isa kaya i can still feel his stare but every time i look back binabaling niya sakung ano ano ang paningin niya. God Damn gusto ko nang matapos to agad para na akong na susuffocate dito.
"Engineer are you ok? Hindi naman ganun ka init dito pero pawis na pawis ka. May sakit Kaba?" One of my teammates asked dahil parang na wawala na rin ako sa sarili ko. Jusko ano bang ginawa sakin ng lalakeng to?.
"Yes, I'm ok. Don't mind me and just finished your works para maaga tayung makaalis dito." I said to them.
"But Engineer masyadong malawak ang lugar para mapadali, baka nga ma hapunan pa tayo dito eh" Reklamo ng isa.
"There's no imposible in this work malay mo matapos agad natin diba?" Pagrarason ko at tumango naman sila. But they're also right, masyadong malawak ang lugar pati tuloy ako napepressure na.
It's almost lunch time at nakakalahati pa lamang namin ang lugar and my stomach is already aching. Wala pa naman akong baon tsaka malayo din ang mga fast food chain dito.
Nang mag lunch time na, one of the employees from Alonzo Food Corporation called us to eat but i refused pero ang mga teammates ko andun na nakikikain at alangan namang ako nalang ma tira dito at patuloy na nag memeasure syempre naman ayaw ko mag mukhang tanga. Ni lunok ko nalang ang pride ko at umupo sa tabi ni Kevin dahil wala ng ibang chair. We eat awkwardly lalo pa't magkatabi kami.
Some our talking about their love life but I'm here avoiding to get noticed but I failed
"Eh ikaw ba Engineer, have you fallen in love?" One from the company asked me. Seriously do i need to get included?
"U-uh yeah b-before" Bat ba nauutal ka self?
"Eh ngayon ba may nagugustuhan Ka? Siguro andami mo nang naging ex dahil sa ganda mong yan" Pagbibiro ng ka teammates ko.
"I only had 2 ex boyfriends" I answered
"How about yung may nagugustuhan ka ngayon?" Iba na naman ang nagtanong. Para akong na interview without permission dito ah. Nagkibit balikat lang ako as an answer so they ask another person which is Kevin.
"How about you sir?" They asked Kevin.
"Huh?" Para siyang sabog na hindi nakikinig ng usapan at ngayon lang natauhan.
"Do you currently like someone right now?"
He looked at me before answering."Yeah I guess so."
"Swerte naman niyan sayo sir" Sabi pa nung isang employee.
"You think so?" Kevin ask his employee.
"Oo naman sir, I don't think she has a reason to reject such a great man like you. Just give her some time to think. Kase kaming mga babae it takes time for us to make a decision." Sabi pa nung babaeng employee. After naming kumain, nagsitayuan na kami para bumalik sa ginagawa namin.
"Did you heard what she said?" He suddenly asked me. "I'll wait for the right time." After he said that, he left me wondering some things.
When i got home nagshower na agad ako para makatulog na din. My day was so exhausted, pagod na pagod ang boung katawan ko but kahit anong pagod ko hindi pa rin nawawala sa utak ko ang mga sinabi ni Kevin kanina. Ang dami kong tanong,mga tanong sa nakaraan na hindi pa nasasagot at ang mga tanong na namumuo ngayon. Why does it have to be like this? Have i already moved on or I'm still stuck at the past.
I opened my IG to kill some time habang di paman din ako inaantok. I saw someone dm me so I checked it immediately expecting that it was him, and I'm right it's really him.
[Kumain kana?]
Yeah I already did.
[Di kapa ba matutulog?]
I was about to. Why do you ask?
[I just wanna say goodnight]

I fell asleep after that and he also didn't text back na.
It was a beautiful morning today so i planed to go for a walk since i have no work. I bought Pepper with me my dog. It was more fun to hangout with my dog rather than my plastic Friends. The reason why i don't make friends is that they're going to betray you sooner when they already got what they want from you. Mara was the only person who became closer to me and to my family but like what I've said they wil betray you sooner.
I just spend the rest of my day watching Vincenzo in Netflix because I have nowhere to go anyways. Mom and Dad was out of the country for their business while kuya is also busy settling his new business.
The next morning was Sunday so i need to come by the church and after that maybe I'll go for shopping because I'm already lacking of skin cares. While i stopped by the ice cream shop to buy some snacks, I saw a familiar face. The shop was also full so I had no choice but to share with her.
"Um excuse me. Shane right?" She nodded. "Can you share the table with me? The store is already full kase. Are you meeting someone?"
"Uh yes I'm meeting someone but just my brother, you can still share the table with us. Matatagalan daw kasi siya." She said. I had a short conversation with her. She told me that she's getting better na raw. Their team lost the gold medal game and she couldn't attend too because she got hospitalised. Dun na natapos ang usapan namin dahil dumating na ang kuya niya. And i was really shock when i saw who it was.
"Oh kuya, you're there na pala have a sit" He sit opposite to mine.
"You're enjoying chatting with my sister huh" God damn he even smirked.
"Ate Dan kuya said you regained your memories but how come you still didn't recognize me?" Shane asked.
"We met before?" I asked back.
"Yes we used to play Chinese garter pa nga at the backyard eh" We did what? "Oh so you didn't fully remembered everything? Unlike kuya."
"Your kuya remembered everything from the past?!" I was so shock to say that. Bat ba kase di niya sinabing nag regained na pala ang memories niya. Kailan pa?
"Yes, di niya sinabi sayo?" Shane said.
"That's enough Shane" Sita ni Kevin sa kapatid.
Kumain lang kami tapos nagpaalam sa isa't isa.
"Kuya i forgot to say nga pala. We're having a sleepover at my friend's house so go home alone nalang." Paalam ni Shane. Nauna na siyang umalis kaya na iwan kami dito ni Kevin.
"I'll walk you papuntang parking lot, is it ok?" He suggested.
"So saang part ka pala nagpark?" He asked while we're still on our way to the parking lot.
"Sa right side" after that he just nodded.
