The incident happens 2 years ago from now. The girl was angry to her family at that time so she chooses to run away with her boyfriend.
The boyfriend just supported the girl's Dicession because he loves her and noone can change the fact that he is willing to sacrifice his life for the girl he love.
So the boy planned to bring the girl on one of their resort in Siargao but it's just temporary until the girl appreciate what really happened between her and her family.
But before they reach their destination they got into accident because they travel during the typhoon so the road is slippery.
After the accident the girl's condition is critical so they need to fly to U.S. with her family and the boy was left in Caloocan.
Both of them had an amnesia and not even one of them remember their relationship with each other. The two of them are comatose and noone knows when they're going to wake up.
After so many years they finally meet each but they are already strangers. After having a conversation they became friends until they finally know the truth about themselves.
