"Y/N." a voice calls out to you.

"Y/N." you fluttered your eyes open, squinting from the bright light that welcomed you.

a figure were in the middle of the light, a lady in silver silk gown as she walked towards you.

she held your cheek in the most gentlest way with a warm expression on her face.

"welcome, my dear." she speaks, her voice sounded familiar. all too familiar.

when you grew accustomed to the light, you  scanned your surroundings, and everything were covered in stars, every single bling formed constellations.

"you are.." you spoke, voice groggy.

she gives a hand to help you up, gestures you to follow her and you do without a question.

you walked on water you hadn't even noticed before, and a few steps later there was a sudden flash and you were blinded.

you grip the lady's hand and in a split second, you were now infront of a massive door.

the lady opens the big doors and you were presented by a garden with stairs up where a table in the very middle was set up, overlooking the literal forest inside.

you walked up the stairs with the lady as you observed the stars acting as fireflies.

the place was enchanting.

"sit." she speaks, gesturing you to take the seat infront where she sat.

she handed you a cup made from wood, "drink."

'won't she speak with sentences? she's like nozel but a polite version.' you thought.

"i'm afraid i am not so arrogant as the man you are thinking of." you almost choked on the tea she handed for you to drink.

"did you just read my mind?" your surprised reaction were amusing to her.

"yes, i can control everything here. this is my domain, my palace, the place we call home." she smiled kindly after.

"may i know where we are?" you ask, the lady puts her own cup down gracefully and opens her palm.

purple smoke came out and it looked exactly as your Balm Of The Night Court.

a smile forms in her lips, "yes, your spell originally came from mine."

"you can try it out for yourself." she gestures and you raise your hand. "you don't have to speak the spell out, feel it coming from your own power and not a grimoire."

you nod and does as she says, you focused on your hand and a couple seconds later, purple smokes emits from your palm.

you gasp, "i.. i didn't know i could do that."

"you said we are in your domain.. is this magic really from me or are you just controlling it?" you continue.

"it is your own. your power in our home is the most charged and potent." she answers.

"our.. home?

may i ask where exactly are we?"

"we are in that place humans call as, 'up above'." she smiles.

you looked up and saw nothing, but a dark sky with sparkles of the stars all over.

then it hit you.

those are the stars, you looked around more and spotted no moon. you turn to the lady's direction and saw her still smiling.

"yes, what you're thinking is right. this is the moon."

you let out a breath, "artemis?"

"welcome home, my descendant."

"what?" You blinked.

"allow me to explain carefully." you nodded and took the cup of tea to your hands, sipping the liquid slowly as you waited for the once 'voice in your head' to drop you some knowledge.

"you were sent to earth to fulfill a wish from a certain boy, a boy who lacked the feeling of love, care, and affection as because of his physical appearance.

diana is who you were, diana is my descendant.
made to be kind woman, raised to be the second  largest star.

diana heard all of his cries, his curses, and his desires that made you desperate for a way to help the poor boy. your weakness were your kindness and love for humans, as such you descended to earth to fulfill a mission.

a mission to grant the boy's wishes. i waited for you to communicate with me until years passed as i could feel my power growing weaker without your assistance.

you are my second star, the moment i created you was the moment we became one as i shared my power with you.

i guided you to your mission to complete it faster and return home, diana. it is time you wholely come back.

the body of this human you are residing with are slowly bonding with your mission and she will lose her memories once your soul fully ascend to the moon. the pain of longing will be unbearable for her mentality and heart."

artemis held your hand, and suddenly you felt that you were losing control.

your vision started to turn purple, "i will reunite with you soon, mother."

after your own voice spoke when you didn't intend to, you flinched as you regain control with your body again.

"what was that?" you ask.

artemis only smiled, the look in her eyes were sincere happiness yet the sign of longing lingered.

"you must return now, child. the remnants of the second star's soul will be slowly ascending back to the moon and you will lose power."

you were confused with what she's talking about, none of her explanation made sense to you and you have so many questions.

"i will guide you until then, good bye for now."

with that, your vision flashed and a white noise blurred your senses.

···

you open your eyes, feeling the soft cushion and seeing the familiar furnitures.

"i'm.. home."
