Luna POV:

Looking around the castle, I can't help but feel a pain of sadness seeing the broken ruins of Hogwarts. Walls are smeared with blood and dirt, the floors filled with dust and grime. Since Professor McGonagall advised us to help Madam Pomfrey, I decided to volunteer. This is why I am walking, I am trying to find the hospital wing. Usually it wouldn't be this hard, but since there are many more obstacles in the way, it takes me longer to get there.

"Ah! Are you here to help?" Madam Pomfrey asks as I walk through the doors of the hospital wing.

"Yes, I have many potions on me as well," I answer, sounding helpful.

"Great. You can start with that boy over there," She points to a boy who I recognize as Seamus Finnigan. His arm looks like it's been broken, so I get my wand out.

"Brackium Emendo!" I exclaim, and Seamus' arm instantly mends. He grunts his thanks, and I move on to the next person, who's nose seems to be broken. "Episkey," I mutter, and the person lets out a gasp of surprise as their nose get's fixed. Moving on, I see...Ginny!

"Hi Ginny!" I exclaim, and Ginny's eyes light up.

"Hello!" She sounds so happy, it makes me happy. Then I remember why I'm here in the first place.

"You ok? Why are you here?"

"Oh, it's nothing," Ginny says, showing me a huge gash near her stomach. I gasp.

"Oh no! Here, Let me...Vulnera Sanentur!" I exclaim, but all it does is heal a minor cut. "Oh, sorry, sorry, my hands are shaking..." I stutter into silence, before pointing at Ginny's gash and exclaiming, "Vulnera Sanentur!" and the gash instantly heals itself. I sigh with relief, but one look at Ginny's pale face and I immediately grab my bag. I take out potions to re-grow bones, potions to cure burns, and at last I find a bottle labeled "Blood-replenishing potion". I pour it in a goblet nearby and thrust it into Ginny's hands.

"Here, drink it," I say, and Ginny looks at me before drinking it. I instantly see Ginny's face return to it's original pale colour, and she smiles before sinking in her bed.

"Thanks, Luna, that helped," she pants, and I sigh again. "You're good at this stuff, you know."

The words completely fill me up with happiness as I chuckle. "Medicine? I'm only good at that because my dad taught me. And anyways, healing's not my thing. I'm more of an animals kind of person, you know?" I wave an airy hand, and Ginny smiles. "I think I might try to be the care of magical creatures professor when I get old enough."

"Really? You want to be a professor too?" Ginny looks at me with interest.

"Yes," I say, sitting on Ginny's bed, "either that or some other job that includes seeing and caring to animals. Maybe when I get older I will travel the world to research and document all kinds of animals."

"I don't really want to be a professor. That's more of Harry or Hermione's kind of thing. I'd rather pursue my dream of being a quidditch player in a team. I want to be keeper!" She exclaims.

"Well, hopefully our dreams will come true," I say dreamily.

"Yeah, hopefully," Ginny says. We share a moment, before Ginny breaks the silence. "I think I feel loads better now. D'you wanna help me clean the Hogwarts castle? I can show you the Gryffindor common room, it needs cleaning."

I grin as I say, "Sure!"
