Luna POV:

"Look, it's Ginny and Luna!"

"Over there! The one with the ginger hair!"

"You see her, the blonde haired girl? That's Luna Lovegood!"

"Aren't they the people who helped kill You-Know-Who when they were only 16?"

"I hate this," Ginny says to me one morning during breakfast. "Everyone's looking at us like we saved the world."

"Well, we did! We helped, anyways. Now you know how harry feels everyday," I say.

"True," Ginny sighs, before pulling at her school robes, "I wish I could just disappear under these robes sometimes."

"Now you know how I feel everyday, in my days of being bullied."

"Yeah, well, now you're being celebrated, get use to it," Ginny says, shrugging. We sit in silence for a while, before we look at our new schedule.

"Looks like we're in a lot of the same classes!" I exclaim, grinning. "We both have transfiguration first, wanna go together?"

"Of course," Ginny says, taking my arm. We practically skip past the halls, holding hands, when we see Pansy when we round a corner. She sees our hands, and narrows her eyes.

"You two are dating now?"

"I- yes, why does it matter?" Ginny says firmly. Pansy lets out a cackle.

"As if you two are bad enough alone! Wow, the poor ginger blood traitor with the weirdo excuse for a human? You two are perfect for each other!"

"You know what, Pansy? What's made you so broken inside that you've decided to act like this? And, by the way, shouldn't you be out of school at this point?" Ginny asks pointedly.

Pansy turns pink, and says, "None of your business."

"Oh, ignore her, Luna. She's just a girl who decided to fail her NEWT so badly that she had to redo her last school year."

"Shut up!" Pansy shrieks, before scurrying away. We laugh for a bit.

"I'm glad you're here. I wouldn't have survived a year without you," I say.

"Same. You were my only friend until everyone else became friends with me. But I'm still glad you're here. You're like- some kind of ray of sunlight, shining light on us when I need it more," Ginny says, before slapping her mouth, "Did I really just say that?"

I giggle. "You're kinda like that too."

We walk in silence for a while, before I see someone running towards us. "Luna! Ginny! An owl came for you, but you weren't there. Here," She says, before giving us our letters and a copy of the Daily Prophet. We open our letters anxiously, to mine written by Harry, and Ginny's written by Ginny.

Dear Luna,

We are in Azkaban prison. Let me explain.

Lucius Malfoy put the imperius on the minister of magic, so he'll be able to follow every one of his orders. He ordered the minister of magic to send aurors (who are also imperiused) to find us and trap us. I'm in the prision now, with Ron and Hermione. Luckily, Hermione had a pen and parchment on her, and we snuck this out on an owl.

We can't do anything. We don't have wands. It's terrible here. I've been relieving my worst memories. Ron and Hermione have been shaking, but I've been through the worst. I can't cast a patronus, so I have to resort to letting the dementors feed off of my happy memories. Please come soon. We are in danger.

-Harry

P.S. Don't send an owl back. They'll know that we wrote to you.

I finish my letter, concerned. I look at Ginny's letter, but it's most of the same thing. We exchange a look.

"What are we going to do?" I ask in almost a whisper. I feel so scared for them. Ginny, however, looks like she's concentrating.

"We have to do something. Otherwise, they'll be miserable forever," She says gravely.

"But what can we do? We're basically trapped in this castle."

Ginny thinks for a moment.

"Let's go to the room that started the D.A."
