Shine and Wally returned after evading Hawks to find the hero students waiting for them.

The three kids had had time to think about Miss Joke's words. If she, a pro hero, saw issues with UA, and was an old friend of Aizawa's, then perhaps it was okay to question it.

Bakugo wouldn't be influenced so easily, but Momo was more worried about the pros' opinions.

Other than the tea prank, Miss Joke had been nice to them while they were waiting. She'd also given Aizawa a call to let him know where they had disappeared to.

"They went looking for those two troublemakers, didn't they?" he groaned. "Are they with you?"

"Nope, they're not at my place," Miss Joke said innocently. Which at the time, was true.

"Tell those three to get back here. Even if it's the weekend, they can't just leave without telling us."

"Seems a little authoritarian to make them ask permission on a weekend," Miss Joke said.

"I don't want to argue, Joke. I've already had a long day."

"I haven't had the shortest day either, with your problem students showing up at my door," Miss Joke reminded him. "Are we going to start sharing custody of the kids now?"

"I'm hanging up. Maybe, on second thought, one of us should just come get them."

"No." Miss Joke didn't want the UA staff to realize Shine and Wally were crashing at her place. "I can bring them. Not like it's that far."

"That's not necessary."

"Oh, it's no trouble. I think they like me." Miss Joke winked at the kids.

Bakugo was still mad about the tea and scowled at her.

"Especially the exploding one," Miss Joke said loudly. "Didn't you say he was your favorite?"

"I said no such thing. Are you in the same room with him?"

"Well, by all means, tell him that when you see him," Miss Joke said wickedly.

Of course Aizawa couldn't just tell a student they weren't his favorite without having to say more than he should professionally.

Miss Joke got hung up on.

"Well, I should call a taxi and get you all back to UA," she announced.

"I would rather wait for Likstar and West," Todoroki said.

They walked in almost right after he said that.

"I have seen things today, Emi--" Shine began but broke off.

"Surprise!" Miss Joke did magic hands.

"You kids found us already?" Wally said. "It's like...10 p.m."

"They're very resourceful." Miss Joke shrugged.

"We came to ask you to please forgive our teachers." Momo stood up and then bowed apologetically. "Even Miss Fukakado thinks they were overreacting, so we believe they will realize their error."

"Isn't it taboo to apologize for your teachers?" Shine cocked her head.

"It's...well, who else would?" Momo said meekly.

"Eraser might be stubborn," Miss Joke spoke up, "but he's not that bad. He must know you two are innocent."

"What if it no longer matters?" Shine said. "The idea is out there. Nezu will crush us with it."

"Why would Nezu?" Todoroki asked. "He has nothing against you two."

"Could've fooled me," Wally huffed. "Why else would All Might be so weird about us all of the sudden? They're tight, right?"
