Camie raced after Toga and Compress, but they were good at vanishing. She saw them go off towards the main city, around some more wreckage from the bridge collapsing.

Then she wasn't sure how to get back, so she kept going.

They must have pulled a trick on her, because suddenly Toga was jumping out from behind something, knives out.

Camie stumbled back to get out of range.

"Hi." Toga did a flip and landed on her feet. "Wow, you're dumb to follow us out here away from that hot guy, but that's okay. More fun for me. You wanna be best friends?"

Camie had a real tolerance for weirdness...but this was too much even for her.

"Girl...like, why...?" She shook her head strangely.

"Because I like you!" Toga said. "But I'd like you more if I cut you a few more times. Let's have some fun!"

Camie decided to file this one under 1000% psycho if she lived through this. She blew a cloud of smoke.

"That's not going to save you!" Toga sliced through it before it could really form anything.

That was Camie's one problem--she needed a few seconds to make most things, and she needed distance in order for someone not to interrupt her. Her quirk relied on stealth to be useful. Even if she made a real basic thing like flashing lights, she needed time for the smoke to form. This was not a good match up for her right now.

She didn't know how much blood she'd lost earlier--not a whole lot, she thought. Shouldn't be a problem.

Well, it wouldn't have been, but Toga wasn't just letting that slide. She shot her weird tube sucking things out again. Camie managed to dodge most of them. One scraped her side, though.

"Ah, so close," Toga said.

"Geez, where's the magician guy?" Camie tried to distract her.

"Eh, he doesn't need to share. I can have my fun," Toga said.

Camie picked up a piece of metal and threw it. Toga dodged, but it did buy Camie a second long enough to get farther way.

"Hey, no fair!" Toga started throwing knives instead.

Camie ducked, but no way she could dodge every single missile.

That was proven by one hitting her shoulder. The impact knocked her down.

"Ow..." Camie sat up, trying to pull it out.

Toga was already on top of her with more blades. "This is going to be fun."

Camie kicked her off.

"Ow, that was so mean!" Toga whined.

Camie pulled the knife out. Which hurt. A lot.

Something about it made her feel a little dizzy. The sight of blood never bothered her before, but...

Toga was back up. "Blood, blood, blood..." she started saying over and over, really creepily.

Camie thought she was going to pass out. She kind of hoped she passed out if she was going to lose anyway, because she didn't want to be conscious for whatever was going to follow this. She felt around for something else to throw. She should just throw the knife, but she couldn't do that.

Something loud hit Toga just at the last second, and she went flying.

Camie blinked. Bakugo was climbing around some broken cars.
