Everything has gone back to normal since Jen has forgiven Alex... That was until she got a message from a certain somebody.

Jennifer sighed and thought to herself before she responded. She decided to wait to respond... a few hours later she got a call from that somebody.
Jennifer's P.O.V.
"Hello?" I said.
"Hey, I know it's been a while but do you want to go out sometime..?" The man said.
"I don't know to be honest.. When are you free...?" I asked.
"I'm free today, I just wasn't sure if it would be too soon for you or not... So do you want to go out today...?" He asked.
"Oh no worries, I am free today. Pick me up at 8?" I said and smiled.
"Alright perfect. See you then." The man said and hung up.
I got this feeling in my stomach... like butterflies fluttering in my stomach because I was feeling nervous.. It was a strange feeling because I don't always get this feeling...
But how do I tell Alex...? He will freak if I tell him who it is... But wait... If he was with Jess, then that means I am able to hang out with the guy who asked me out... I smirked and called Leah on facetime.
"Hellloooooo!" Leah said while she was cooking.
"Hey baby, What are you up to?" I asked.
"Just making some food for lunch. What's up?" Leah said as she finished stirring the pot then grabbed the phone and sat down at the counter.
"So... I got asked out by this man and I don't know how to tell Alex... Because... If I tell him who it is..... He will... well.. you know.. Go crazy..." I said.
"Who is it?" Leah asked.
"Just this man... from my past..." I said and giggled.
"Oh my god... I think I know who it is because he's here for that one movie right...???" Leah said excitedly.
"Yes!" I said and giggled softly.
"So is it a date...??" She asked.
"Girl of course not. Alex would kick my ass if I did." I said.
"Wouldn't be the first time he did..." Leah said and tried not to laugh.
"You're a dick." I said and busted out laughing.
"I am kiddiinngggg! Well, what are you gonna wear? You should wear something not so scandalous but fashionable... and sexy. That way Alex won't suspect anything. Just tell him you're going out with me." Leah said and laughed.
"But... that would mean lying to him and our relationship got so much better... Ugh... Maybe I should just cancel the dinner." I said and sighed.
"Nooooo! This is your time to get a glimpse of the past and just hang out with him... Alex won't know. Besides, he's lied to you many times so it won't make a difference." Leah said.
"Ugh, you're right... But you are a bad influence as well..." I said and laughed.
"Noooo, I am just pushing you to make memories. " Leah said and smiled.
"Okay, well I am gonna tell Alex but I'll text you later about what happens." I said.
"Okay, sounds good. Love you baby." Leah said.
"Love you too." I said and smiled then we both hung up.
I walked to Alex's office and walked in. He was on a conference call. I walked over to his phone and pressed mute.
'What's going on babe?" Alex asked and pulled me into his lap. He caressed my cheek and smiled at me.
"I just wanted to let you know that I will be going out with Leah later tonight," I said. I gulped softly knowing that was not the truth about where I would actually be.
"What time?" Alex asked.
"I will be getting picked up at 8." I said.
"Okay, that works out perfectly because I am going to take the kids to that new adventure park they've been talking about and I was gonna take them around 7." Alex said and smiled.
"Oh okay. Sounds good." I said and smiled.
He smiled and kissed my forehead. I smiled back and got off his lap. He smacked my ass hard and chuckled as he watched me walk away. I giggled softly and went to go take a nap before getting ready.
