First Times pt.1

Katara's pov

  I felt my heart in my stomach...that kiss I didn't think I wanted so much was magical...I could smell his scent...I put my arms around his neck to push him as close to me as possible m...the taste  of his lips is so sweet...and delicate, when I saw this boy come out of an iceberg and ask me to go penguin sledding I never imagined it would end up like this...with me melting into his warm embrace.

  Aang's pov

  wow...I feel like flying, and it's even better than I imagined!  N-not that I had dreamed of it so much...from the first moment I opened my eyes, I knew it would be her, she's the one and I'm still sure.
  I was savoring Katara's sweet mouth when I hear Sokka coming towards us.

  * inside the jasmine dragon *

  everyone laughed as they looked out onto the balcony, even Mai was trying to hide a smile

  Sokka was confused "what's going on? Why are you laughing?"  Zuko beckoned him to look out, and Sokka's jaw hit the floor, "TWINKLE TOES HAD FINALLY HAD THE GUTS TO KISS HER"
  Toph raised his fists to the sky
  the two were so immersed in each other that they did not notice the whole room watching them.
  "no no no no no NO" Sokka ran towards them, Zuko tried to stop him- "no stop, I want to hear what happens" Toph grinned.
  Katara's eyes widened and Aang stepped back, guilty.
  "SOKKA! I-I-"
  Sokka seemed not to notice
  "KATARA WE TALKED ABOUT IT, I THINK I WAS CLEAR, NO BOYFRIEND UNTIL THE YEARS OF 18"
  "oh yes sure, I never agreed and then you and Suki? IM MUCH MORE MATURE THAN YOU"
  "DON'T SCREAM WITH ME"
  "YOU STARTED"
  Sokka put her hands on her shoulders, looking at her with a loving gaze, that of a brother.
  "Our father said I had to protect you ..."
  "I can protect myself ... AND IS THE AVATAR ... IS THE MOST RELIABLE PERSON IN THE WORLD"
  Sokka hugged her
  "it will be your first and last kiss for now"
  "oh...this is not my first kiss"
  Katara blushed

2 years later

* yawn *
Katara was awakened by the first light of the morning, today was a great day.
she jumped out of bed and started getting ready, put on a nice blue dress and after a long time, braided her hair into a traditional southern water tribe braid.
She would be back home today, after 3 years.
She ran to Aang's room to wake him up, which hardly ever happened since Aang was the one who woke up early.

Katara's pov
I sat on top of him and gave him a kiss, he woke up immediately, as soon as he noticed my position his cheeks turned bright red, I smiled at the sight of my embarrassed boyfriend despite being together for 2 years now, although we dont share a room.
"Hey good morning...you look beautiful with this hair-"
"do you think it's better this way? I should always keep them intertwined ??"
"-as I was saying...they remind me of when I met you"
Aang is so sweet...I bent down to give him another kiss, our lips millimeters apart.
I heard a loud bang on the door
"AANG WAKE UP AND HELP ME FIND KATARA, IT'S NOT IN HER ROOM AND WE HAVE TO GO SOON"
at least now he knocks- I thought
Aang and I looked into each other's eyes, I was about to hide to prevent my brother from making a fuss, but Sokka burst into the room.
he stood still, looked at me then at Aang and then at me again.  "IT'S 6 AM"
"SOKKA NO, IT'S NOT LIKE- KATARA CAME TO WAKE ME" Aang was mortified.
"the avatar would never lie to you" I said confidently, "aaah I don't want to know what you were doing, too much oggies for today, hurry up" he closed the door.
"we weren't doing anything-" Aang tried to explain but was interrupted by the slamming of the door.I bent down and gave him the kiss that had been interrupted earlier, Sokka entered in the middle.
"I KNEW IT"
"SOKKA" I yelled
"hurry up and don't waste your time," he said with a grin
Katara sighed and got out of bed

later on Appa

Sokka was in the back with Katara in the saddle, Aang had the bridle and was on the head
