So we've skipped a few weeks forward and now was the wedding day.

Today was the day I tie the tie with Xander and I'd say I was nervous but I'm not. Although I haven't know him long it feels as though I've know him all my life. To add to that he even puts the toilet seat down which is proper husband material.

My dress arrived the other day and it was as stunning as if I had seen it for the first time the white fabric flowed down elegantly however offered enough support so that it doesn't move. I had family however we needed it to be remote so they weren't in danger.

My family would be safe as well as my new family. Thanks to Xander, my father, and my brother I found new family and I loved them equally. I didn't think someone with two families could be quite as happy as I am however I don't think I could have been happier.

My mum came into my room this morning with my breakfast that the chefs had made and as nice as it looked I couldn't eat. My mum told me every bride has second thoughts on her wedding day, she to had second thoughts about my father which is really quite odd to think looking at them now.

Eventually I managed to get a few mouthfuls down and a coffee. Later on Brandon also arrived. I wanted him to be here with me from the start to the finish. Xander was apprehensive at first but soon enough he was just the same Xander I knew.

*flashback*

"So you've met my family but this is my Grandma" I said pointing to her as she held onto Pirate.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Now I know where they get the beauty from" he said kissing my Grandmas hand and gesturing to my mum and me.

"Hold onto this one lovey he's a real charmer" she said laughing.

"That's the plan"

"I'm here no one panic" Brandon said bursting through the door. As quickly as I've ever seen him Xander pulled his gun out from behind his back.

Brandon who looked terrified put his hands up and looked towards me for help. I laughed slightly before grabbing Xander gun from his hand.

"Xander this is Brandon please feel free not to shoot him" I said smiling gently at him. He huffed slightly but ended up nodding. He stuck his hand out to which Brandon shook his hand back.

*end of flashback*

"What are you smiling at dear" my mother asked.

"Nothing" I said with a stupid smile still stuck in my lips.

Brandon walked in the room with a muffin in his mouth and fruit in his hand. I laughed knowing that if I could I'd be doing exactly the same thing as him.

Soon enough the make up and hairdressers came into the room with things hanging from their waist. I looked over at my mother to see her nod to the chair in front of a mirror. I followed her vision and saw Xander stood outside the window. I frowned knowing bride and groom weren't meant to see each other till they walk down the aisle.

I walked over to the window and opened the window.

"Hello ladies and Brandon mind if I borrow Grace from a moment" my mother nodded and I was pulled out the window.

We walked to the rose garden which me and Shelly spent the afternoon talking about wedding plans. The rose garden has finally bloomed after we finished it. Once the doctor said I could slowly go back into work my first job the rose garden with the help of my mother and Shelly.

We'd spent ages in the garden spilling all the gossip from my mothers job to Shelly's friends. We'd all bonded and they were both quite similar in their characters. I found that they were good friends from another life. They had so much in common it was scary.

The roses varied from red to black to symbolise the gang. We were nice and beautiful until you get the wrong side then you'll get pricked and maybe learn not to fight with us.

"I wanted to give you this before you went back in" Xander said holding a velvet box. I took it gently and carefully opened it. Inside was a gun that had our names cared into the edge. On the other side of the gun had the date we first met each other.

I smiled at him before jumping on him and hugging him tight.

"Thank you I love it" I breathed

"Your welcome mi amore now hurry before you get in trouble" he said squeezing me one last time. I nodded before running back into the house.

"Well what did he want" Brandon asked. I held the gun out and watched as he took it gently.
"He got you a gun"

"Personalised gun" I corrected.

"As far as gifts from Xander goes that is a very sentimental present" Shelly laughed. I laughed but deep down I knew she was right.

After I had finished getting ready I get like I belonged in a fairy tale. My dress was just like a princess dress and I felt like a princess with a prince to go with it.

After rushing down to the ceremony hall

After rushing down to the ceremony hall. My bridesmaids also including Brandon of course had made their way down to the alter.

It was just me, my dad, my brother. I was scared but at the same time I couldn't think of anyone else who I would want to marry. I may have only know him for a short amount of time however it feel like I have know him for a lifetime.

I smiled at my brother and my father.

"Thank you, both of you" I said hugging him both.

"Why" my brother asked confused.

"You were the one who signed me to here and to be honest if it was wasn't for you I wouldn't have met Xander" I said.

"Well your welcome right it's about time you ready"

"As I'll ever be" I said linking arms with my dad.

My brother pushed open the door and walked head of us. I also had to pull my dad along with me he was a little stage fight.

I locked eyes with Xander and smiled slightly. He smiled back with a glint of a tear but soon blinked it away.

When we reached the alter my brother and dad shook hands with Xander exchanged some words then sat down.

"You look beautiful mi amore" he said kissing my forehead.

"Your look handsome".

After the vows were said we all went to the after party which to my request was a full blown party. The party ended in the early hours of the morning while me and Xander ate the last of the wedding cake for breakfast.

Soon enough it was time for our honeymoon not that we were going far however it was nice to get away from the house for a while. Our first stop was the beach which Dexter and me went when I needed space. Later on Dexter told me that Xander wanted to keep an eye on me however he felt it would be best if he didn't come with me else it would have been really awkward. Xander wasn't a big feelings talker which was fine because neither was I.

And that was the end of that that is how the nerd who could fight ended up married to the most feared gang leader. It was filled with up and downs and rounds and rounds of bullets but in the end it all ended up just fine.
