In which Tantiana University accepts another batch of elite vampires on the start of the fall season and the chairman decided to ask his daughter to gre...
"I can't believe we could actually have a vampire that's interested in table tennis!" Doyoung exclaimed as he came face-to-face with the applicant, whom the Sports Head had been bragging about.
"Actually, we're two. This is Zhong Chenle from Class 1 Music and Arts." Jeno delightedly replied while nudging his thumb to the blonde-haired younger trailing behind him.
"We got two!" the council president cheered and turned on his heel. "What do you think, Jimin? Aerin won't be calling me a loser for proposing this club, right?"
"Probably," the council secretary replied in a bored tone with a sigh and looked up to the two newcomers. "Welcome to the table tennis club, I guess? Mr. Nakamoto is delighted enough to accept you without further traditional auditions."
"Ya aish," Doyoung sent a warning hiss, which the girl just rolled her eyes to and went back to encoding the official clubs' data.
"Anyways, the form for the table tennis is already handed to your club president. You can probably see him now in your club room; his name's Liu Yangyang. He's your age, Jeno."
"Ahh, he is." Jeno nodded. "Umm, we can go now, right?"
"Of course! I hope to see you two in the fields."
Once they shared a polite bow and the vampires walked out, Doyoung immediately glared at the girl, who's still so focused on her job.
"Now I know why Aerin personally recommended you. You both love to scare everyone."
"What do you mean, why should we scare anyone?" Jimin bluntly asked as the fast typing of the keys served as a continuous background.
"I mean through your rudeness."
"Ah, we are," she slammed her hand to the keys, which made the president flinch, then smile. "Then suck it up."

"Really? That's amazing! I bet our teams would continue the nerve-wracking game from the sports event last year," Aerin beamed.
"Oh, I heard the IT Department has always had the strongest players for table tennis," Jeno replied with soft smiles.
"Well, it'll take a peek at your gameplay for me to answer that, mister Lee."
The vampire just replied with a light laugh, her eyes not leaving the human as she tied her hair up in a ponytail. The free view of her fair skin and the light bulging vein on her neck whenever she craned her head to the opposite bugged Jeno so much.
It made his stomach churn in an unfilled need. Jaw-clenching as he can't seem to wave his attention somewhere else.
It grew bigger and bigger; the air around him felt hotter, yet as he was about to raise his hand to cage the girl, a strong force made him slump back to the metal chair.
The huge thud and the light scraping startled the other students in the student's lounge.
"Renjun? What are you—" Aerin gasped as she properly saw both vampires' red eyes.
On the other hand, Jeno and Renjun fought for dominance. Fangs were growing inside their mouths, but the obvious tension around them made both conclude each other's displeasure.
"Off,"Jeno growled.
"Go feast on something. Not her," Renjun replied, his hand still on the other's chest, forcefully pushing him to the seat.
Jeno's eyes widened in a fraction, his deep red eyes flickering back and forth between angered and normal.
"Go." Renjun let go and showed up beside the speechless girl in just a millisecond.
Following his protective manner, Jeno walked away, making the latter sigh in relief, and teleported again to where the former sat.
"So? No, thank you?"
"Oh pearl.. Oh my pearl," Aerin exhaled the tensed air she's been holding in and lightly slapped her cheeks. "It's a dream. It's a dream. It's a dream."
Renjun scoffed in amusement and reached out for her hands to stop her from hurting herself. "Sorry to burst your bubble, but you're not dreaming."
Aerin huffed and yanked his hands away. "I know. At least read the situation and let me hope that it's really a dream, gosh." She shifted her body to the side and crossed her arms.
"Oho! Are you pulling the cute sulky card right now?"
"I am sulky and cute; thank you."
"This girl," he clicked his tongue and walked towards her.
Pleasing humans is such a handful.
"Let's go"
"Where?"
"Anywhere you want."
"Why?"
"Why? Hmm, because I would give you what you want just for you to date me," he beamed a smile.
"Heol." Aerin looked at him with utter disbelief and stood up, directly looking at him dead in the eye. "Did you snap him back to reality so you can earn points to date me?"
"Ummm, I saved your pretty face from being his lunch."
"Renjun-"
"Blah blah blah, just let's go," he said, taking her hands in his
"Wait-"
But before she can reply, a piercing pain in her head and uncontrollable dizziness strike.
And their figures just disappeared.
