Thick piles of snow had finally kissed the country. Cool, crisp air, people in multiple layers of clothing. Joyful music, jingling of bells, happy smiles, and, of course, Christmas.
December 25, and the whole world unites. Most people are in the comforts of their homes, while some are out, greeting everyone that could beat the cold with its warmth.
Although it's not the case for some, this joyous holiday is surely a day with full smiles and warm hugs.
And it is really the case for the Kim household.
"Merry Christmas, you scammer," Doyoung grumbled, passing the sofa on which the girl sat.
"What? I just said you have the biggest present here," Aerin retorted, chuckling.
"It's your name, dummy," he plopped on the couch with a huff, then reached for his phone to scroll on Instagram. "Oh cool, the vamps are spooky quiet."
"They don't celebrate?"
"Eh, how would I know? I don't have a vamp boyfriend."
Aerin just replied with mocking faces, also reaching for her phone to enter the messages.
