3rd Person POV
It was a dark, rainy night in Kamino.
Vigilante Izuku Midoriya fell to his knees, dawning his Epsilon hero costume with the mask covering his face.
His outfit was stained in blood and filth. His costume, yellow cape, and gloves were damaged and torn, the gloves looking more claw-like. His respirator had gathered rust and chipped edges, and his iron soles were crooked like talons. On top of this, six Blackwhip tendrils were constantly sprouted from his back, surrounding his frail body.
He bore an overall... monstrous appearance.
Midoriya currently was in Ground Zero, the same place where the battle between All Might and All for One had taken place. A plaza had been built, and a statue of All Might recreating his gesture of victory—his left fist held to the sky and his right hand clenched at his side—had been built.
Across the plaza stood a new villain Midoriya had never encountered before named Dictator, and a large crowd of civilians were huddled around him. And due to the increasing distrust in Pro Heroes, behind them stood the tall All Might statue... a sign reading, 'I AM NOT HERE' hanging around the statue's neck.
After some nonsensical words from the villain, Midoriya realized the villain as another assassin All for One sent after him, before saying that he hoped this villain would tell him where All for One was. However, Dictator sent an army of civilians under the control of his Quirk, Despot, to fight the young Hero.
The civilians were all panicking, telling the teen that they couldn't control themselves... as the tired boy thought about how Dictator was previously defeated by Pro Hero Crust, and that it was discovered in order to deactivate the villain's Quirk, either the victims needed to receive a large shock or Dictator himself needed to be taken down.
The civilians all began to dogpile Midoriya, exclaiming they didn't want to hurt him... and the boy silently understood. Despite wanting to help them, his tired body prevented him from doing so. And when his mask was ripped off, his faded, dead eyes stared up at the gloomy sky—
Midoriya heard an explosion.
The civilians all fell to their knees when they were suddenly released from Despot, because Dictator, in the middle of his crowd of puppets... had frozen in place, a purple hue emitting off his entire body.
Midoriya's hurt eyes looked up at the sky above him... and a broken, shaken gasp left his open mouth open seeing Bakugo and Miku in the air, his childhood friend's right arm wrapped around his girlfriend's waist, and therefore his right Grenadier Bracer was shoved up against her body.
Bakugo extended out his left hand and sent an AP Shot at the frozen in time villain. And when Miku released the villain... he crashed to the ground, unconscious.
Gripping her Furina decoden phone case, Miku held the screen of her phone up to her lips with a stern glare in her amethyst eyes, speaking into the class group call, "Me and Katsuki found him."
As the civilians all ran off now that they were free, Midoriya rested his elbows on the ground and lifted his torso to witness the scene before him, some civilians still at his side...
Bakugo landed to the ground with a small explosion and unwrapped his arm from Miku's waist, who shoved her phone into her skirt pocket and placed her hands onto her hips. Behind the couple appeared the rest of Class A, all clad in their hero costumes just like the couple.
Yao-Momo was quick to bind Dictator with a pair of metal handcuffs she used Creation to make. "Prison escapee secured!" she exclaimed as she gave the couple a thumbs-up, "Splendid work, Homura, Bakugo!"
