Chapter 25: Let the games begin!

The crowd was cheering in the bleachers as we were getting ready in the field. You gotta say, I was a little nervous.

The first game was simple. Here are the rules: *Clears throat* 5 students will be in different areas of the field. The first one has a green pole in their hands. They must run to their next teammate in the field and give the green pole to him/ her,and that teammate will ran for the next teammate and so on.

Well, I must participate in this one because of my 'speed'. I was the third one in the field.

I was in line waiting that my teammate, Mira, gets here. On my left was, Juvia, from Phantom lord high, then to my right was Sherry, from Lamia scale high. I had my hand stretched waiting for Mira, same of the others.

"Fumiko!" Yelled Mira as she gave me the green pole. I started running as fast as I could, then Juvia came next to me and said "You should run faster than that."

"Oh, trust me, I will." I said as I ran faster and left her behind. Then Sherry came to my side and I ran even faster until I saw who was my teammate. I then said sarcastically "Awesome!"
And then thought "Gray... -_-."

And when I gave him the pole, I felt that our hands had touched. I kinda blushed when I felt his warm hands. But when I was catching my breath, I saw Juvia daydreaming and Lyon from Lamia scale daydreaming too. Sherry tried to hurry up Lyon and Gajeel tried to hurry up Juvia.

I sweat dropped and thought "I wonder what are they thinking about."

JUVIA'S P.O.V

As I was running, I saw a handsome man. He was so beautiful that an image of us came through my mind. He was holding me as I blushed and I could hear him say slowly "Juvia, marry me." I blushed and stood there daydreaming.

LYON'S P.O.V

I saw a beautiful woman with blue hair. I just can't wait to meet her.
An image of me holding her hand came through my mind.

FUMIKO'S P.O.V

As I sweat dropped I said "I see, a love triangle."

After that, Gray gave the pole to Natsu which won the race.

That was 1 point for fairy tail!

After that, we, I mean, Levi, Juvia, Evergreen,and Lisanna were going to participate for the swimming contest. Lucy and I stood back as we saw Mrs. Aquarius there. We shivered until Mrs. Aquarius appeared behind us and said "Why aren't you girls competing?"

We shivered and Lucy said "W-we just don't feel good."

Aquarius looked at me and I nodded with a "Uh hum, it's true."

"Well then, which your friends good luck."

We sighed in relief and watched the others compete.

Levi and Lisanna were winning first but then Juvia and Evergreen came and passed them. In the end, Juvia won.

That was 1 point for Phantom lord high.

Up next, were the guys in swimming. Happy, Natsu, Elfman, Gray, Eve, Ren, and Hibiki competed. In the end, Ren won giving one point to Blue pegasus High.

Next was plane old racing. I competed again with Sherry. Also Mira and Erza were in. I was so close to win until Sherry came and won, giving one point to Lamia scale high.

All the high schools were tied. Next up, was martial arts. Gray and Natsu competed. But, itended up in a tie because none of them gave up. Then Natsu and Gajeel, Gray and Lyon.

And... I saw a man that was from my school but that I had never seen him before. Maybe he is a senior. But all I know is that he had green eyes, blonde hair, and a lighting shape scratch on his right eye.

I then just got it out of my thoughts with a shrug and was ready to participate. And I was competing with... Juvia!

"Are you kidding?!" I screamed to Erza which had told me to participate. She then crossed her arms and nodded. She gave me a push and I ended up in the fighting ring. So, the rules are just simple. Like in the movie karate kid. If you got out of the ring, you get minus points. So this was like karate or tae kwon do. Better wish me luck!
