Chapter 70:The video game

*knock knock * I heard a knock on the door, I went, from the living room to the front door, and opened the door to see... Fullbuster.

"Hey Fumiko," He walked in without me saying 'come in', "What's up?" He asked as I rolled my eyes and closed the door. He sat on MY couch, took MY remote control, and starting watching something on MY tv. I stood in front of him, blocking his view from MY tv, arms crossed and tapping my right foot.

"Hey Fumiko, you mind? I can't see."
He said as he leaned to the right side to see. I walked towards the tv and shut it off, "Hey! What are ya doing?!" He said.

I growled and screamed, "What do you want?!" I pointed at the front door, "Get out of MY house!"

He stood up with a smirk and walked towards me. He got closer and closer but I didn't blush nor move. I just glared at him, "Gray, that ain't working on me, get out!"

"Tsk... why?"

I chuckled, "Why?! I want you to get out of here! I don't want you close to me! Not after what you told me yesterday!"

"Can't you forget about that?" He smirked.

I looked at him shocked but shook my head, "No, I can't. Now, out!"

"Fine." He said walking towards the front door but then saw a brand new video game that I had just bought.

"Since when you have that?!" He asked amazed as he pointed at the table.

I looked at the table to see the new game that I had bought. It was awesome as Black ops.

"That?" I asked with a raised eyebrow as I pointed to the brand new box. He nodded, "Last night." I replied.

"Why didn't you tell me?!"
He ran towards the table and got the box as he sat down on the couch.

"'Cause of what happen-"

"Ugh! Just forget that. Let's play this awesome game!" He said ripping off the plastic wrap off of the box. I sat beside him as he put the game and began to play the game. I only had one controller, so I just watched arms and legs crossed as I rolled my eyes at his childish attitude.

It was night already, like 11:30pm, and the idiot was still in my house playing the video game that I was supposed to play. I was sleepy, my baggy eyes were closing as I was falling without noticing. I fell on his lap as he paused the game and looked at me shocked. I was sleeping peacefully.

He put his hand on my arm and got a blanket and put it over me. He then touched my hair softly. He seemed like if he wanted to kiss me, really. He then whispered, "Fumiko, I really don't know if I love you or not but, my heart skips a beat whenever you are close to me, whenever you laugh, whenever we fight, and...*chuckle* whenever you punch me. I know, it's weird that I say to you the three words, but, I think that, I love you Fumiko. And I don't know if I want to kiss you or not, or be with you, or even fight with you or make you happy." I moved a little, he smirked and leaned closer, he kissed my cheek. He stood up slowly as he tried to push my head so I won't wake up. Once he stood up, he scratched the back of his head and whispered, "How am I gonna suppose to get you to the stairs now?"

He took the blanket off of me and took me bridal style as I slept, he went up the stairs and laid me on my bed. He tugged me, and before he could make another step, I said sleepy, "G-Gray?"

He turned around slowly, "Yeah?"

"C-can you stay with me until I get to sleep?"

"W-what?!"

"Please, I hate to go to sleep alone."

Gray thought, "Alone? Maybe 'cause she doesn't have parents to tell her goodnight, hmph, I sure sometimes feel like that too."

"Okay" Gray replied as he sat down on a chair next to my studying desk.

I smirked, Gray then said,"Goodnight."

I looked at him shocked and then smiled, "Goodnight Gray."

~Morning~

I woke up to a half naked Gray.

I thought, "I can't believe that he stood here all night." He snored and I jumped a little but smirk. I took my bed sheet and put it on top of him. He sure must be cold after being half naked.

I then took my clothes from my drawers and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I left and Gray was still there, I felt my phone vibrate on my back pocket and I jumped and took it.

"Hello?" I answered the call.

"Hey, Fumiko?"

"Natsu? What happened?"

"Is Gray there?"

"Yeah, why?"

Natsu then thought, "Yes Gray! You and Fumiko-"

"Natsu, don't you dare think of that."

"T-think of what?! How did you know?!" He pouted.

I did an evil smirk with an evil voice, "'Cause I'm a... mind reader!"

He jumped and I laughed, "I'm just kidding Natsu, he's sleeping."

"Ha! I knew you guys-"

"Quit thinking wrong you idiot!"

"I'm sorry!"

"He liiiiiiikes you!"

I rolled my eyes, "Is Happy with ya?"

"Yep!"

"He looooooooves you!"

"Happy quit it!"

"Ok..." He sighed in defeat.

"Hey Natsu."

"Yeah?"

"Get over here and get Gray out of here!"

"Y-yes ma'am!"

I hanged up and went downstairs to do some pancakes. Gray woke up confused as he looked that he had a bed sheet over him, he smirked, and stood up at the smell of pancakes. He went down stairs half naked as I put the pancake from the cooking pan to the plate.

"Good morning stripper." I smirked.

"Good morning stupid." He yawned and scratched his head.

"Natsu is coming to pick you up." I said as I cut a carrot for a salad, which was for lunch.

"Pick me up, for what?"

I shrugged, "I don't know,he said that" I got cut by the knife but held the scream and held my finger.

"For what?" He asked but I just held my bleeding finger.

He rolled his eyes and walked towards me. I turned around as I hid my bleeding finger as I laid on the counter.

He got closer to me, chest to chest, now this time I blushed.

"Let me see." He said as I shook my hand. He 'Tsk-ed' and took my left arm.

He rolled his eyes as he saw my bleeding finger, "Is this why you stopped talking?"

I nodded shyly as I blushed, he sucked the blood of my finger as I blushed. He got a bandage, which was next to me, and put it on my index finger. I blushed as he held my waist, he was so close to me that I couldn't help but blush. We got closer to each other, I even closed my eyes, and when we were gonna k-

"Hey Gray! Let's go before-" Screamed Natsu as he slammed the door open and saw Gray walking back and me turning around.

He pointed at both of us as he chucked with a grin, "I knew y-"

"Shut up!"
"Shut up!"

Gray and I screamed in unison as he pointed at Gray.

In the end, Happy, Gray, and Natsu began to share the game controller as I sat there rolling my eyes and watching them play the video game.
