EVERGREEN'S P.O.V

I woke up on Elfman's arms and blushed. I hit him with my red fan, "Get off me!"

"Ouch! It's not my fault that you were on my arms!" He replied as he rubbed his head. He stood up as he rubbed his head. I stood up and went for the kitchen's window. I looked outside to see the whole streets wet and a river through the ditches. The sky was completely grey and my window was full of raindrops, it was raining nonstop. I turned around to see Elfman just standing there scratching the back of his neck.

"Hey Ever," He said, "Do you have more of your father's clothes that you can lend me?"

I crossed my arms with a sighed and rolling eyes,
"Yes, I'll bring them to you."

"Thanks."

"It was nothing." I said as I walked passed him and walked upstairs. I got the clothes from my father's drawers and when I went downstairs, I could smell something burning. I looked at the kitchen to see black smoke coming. I ran towards the kitchen and dropped to the floor the clothes that I was holding as my jaw opened.

I saw Elfman with a cooking pan on his hand, the pan contained a burning wanna be pancake.

"What are you doing you idiot?! Are you trying to burn my kitchen?!" I screamed at him as he sweat. I ran to the laundry and grabbed a extinguisher and used it on the pan. I dropped it on the counter and put a hand on my hip, "What were you doing?!" I rubbed my temples.

He scratched the back of his head and laughed awkwardly, "Well, ya know, this things aren't manly."

I slapped his head with my famous red fan, "You idiot! That IS manly! Some guys are chef and they are amazing! You have no idea of how to put the stove on low!"

"It's not my fault woman! And quit hitting me with that stupid fan!"

"I'll stop when you be a real man and learn how to do a simple pancake."

"Tsk....fine." He said as he crossed his arms. I looked at him shocked as he passed by me and picked the clothes from the floor. He ran upstairs.

I turned to look at the stove, which was full of soap, and said, with my hand on my hips, "Now, how do I clean this?"

We had eaten our well made pancakes and were sitting down on my coach of the living room. Elfman was reading the newspaper and I was reading a magazine.

Elfman then put the newspaper down and grabbed the remote controller. He turned on the t.v, a little too loud, as I glared at him. I cleared my throat and said, "Um...do you mind?"

"Mind what?"

I looked at my magazine and back to him. He looked at me confused, "What am I suppose to be looking at?"

"That I'm trying to read something you moron!"

"Well sorry!" We growled at each other. He laid back with a sighed, "Geez... you could've said so."

He lowered the volume and I laid back to see my magazine. And that was pretty much our day.
