Chapter 66: Acting as our opposites!

It was Monday already, the day that we had to act as our opposites.

I woke up and put on my uniform but on my looks, I have to say that I looked really different. Since I had to act shy, I put my hair in a braid and let my hair on my left shoulder. I put some none contact black glasses, and try to stutter in everything that I said.

I looked at myself in the mirror, "I-I'm ready for t-today and laugh at G-Gray-kun when Juvia-chan sees how much Gray-kun 'likes' her t-today." I then thought, "Hahaha! I can't wait to see his face! Juvia is going to be soooo suprised!"

I walked down stairs and grabbed my phone, back bag, and keys. I locked the door closed, and walked to school.

Once I arrived to school everyone stared at me and others stared at me with heart shaped eyes. And as I was shy, I blushed lightly and put my index finger on my lip. I walked towards the classroom and when I saw Gray, I held the laugher and walked towards Gra- I mean, Gray-kun.

"H-hello, G-Gray-kun. Had you...talked to Juvia-chan today?"

He growled a little, but silently, and replied, "My beloved Juvia should be getting here soon!"

I covered my mouth to laugh, but instead answered, "I see."

"Hey Fumiko! What's up!" I saw Lucy wearing black clothes and acting really mean. I thought, "Wow! Lucy seems so different."

I then replied, as Lucy put her arm around my neck, "Oh, h-hi Lucy-chan."

"Had you seen Natsu around?! I've been wanted to see that scary cat but it seems that he hasn't arrived."

"N-no, I haven't seen N-Natsu-kun around."

"Hey Lucy!" I heard a girly voice, Lucy and I turned around to see...a really mean Levi?!

"Are you talking to me?!" Lucy replied.

"Yeah! Who else has freaking blonde hair?!"

"Oh yeah?! Who else is shorter than you shrimp?!"

I saw them arguing but in their eyes I could see them apologizing at each other. I then said, "H-Hey, Lucy-chan, Levi-chan, calm down."

"Not until this bimbo stops arguing with me!" Levi said.

"Who are you calling a bimbo shorty?!"

I then saw Gray staring at me surprised and shocked. I looked at him shyly and put my index finger on my lip, "G-Gray-kun, is there a problem?"

Gray thought, "There she goes again, calling me -kun. Man! Doesn't she know what that means?!"

Gray snapped out of it and replied, "No, I'm just waiting for my beloved Juvia!"

I had to sweat drop to that, but instead, I sat next to Gray and said, "You really like Juvia-chan, don't y-you Gray-kun?"

Gray looked at me shocked again and he thought, "What?! Is she doing this to tease me?! What am I suppose to answer?!"

I saw Gray sweating and I thought, "I can't hold it anymore, I must laugh! His face is priceless!"

I cleared my throat, "D-Do you Gray-kun?"

"I-I..."

"Juvia is here!" We heard Juvia say and when we looked at her... she was her opposite too! "Who in the world told her about the dare?!" I thought.

I looked at Gray shocked as he looked at Juvia surprised, I thought, "What is Gray going to tell Juvia now?"

Juvia thought, as she acted tough and looked at Gray, "My beloved Gray, I must finish this dare and we will be together forever!"

Gray stood up, with his bunch of clothes on, and his bangs covering his eyes.

I looked at him worried and thought, "Gray? Did he take it too serious?"

I walked outside of the classroom and saw him laying on a locker. I walked towards him. He still had his bangs covering his eyes, I asked, "G-Gray-k-"

"Stop it, alright?"

He said very serious, I could see his hands inside of his pockets turned into a fist. I stared at him shocked but laid on the lockers by his side making a 'bang' sound.

"Y-you now that I c-can't." I replied.

"Tsk.... whatever. I'm out of this dare."

"W-what?!"

"..." He didn't answered and I gasped as he held my arm and pulled me into a hug. I heard him whispered as he blushed, "I melted your heart, now is your turn to melt mines." I blushed and got teary eyes. I don't know what did I felt at that moment but, is something that I will never forget of. My heart beating fast, my cheeks red, and him hugging me. I never knew that moment what was his problem with the dare and I wasn't planing to. For a reason, I felt butterflies on my stomach and a beating heart that went non-stop.

I was about to hug him back but the door slammed open and Gray and I separated and returned to our opposites.

The door was slammed opened as an afraid Natsu ran and hid on my back. Then Lucy appeared stumping on the ground and said pointing at Natsu,
" You're late! You told me that we were gonna have time to talk and now is time for class!"

Gray and I shivered but Natsu said, as he hid behind me, "Save me from the monster, F-Fumiko-chan." He pointed at Lucy as she growled, "Monster? Who are you calling monster?!" She rolled up her sleeves, "I'll show you a real monster!"

"Fumiko-chan save me!" Natsu screamed and I replied, "I-I can't s-she's too scary." But I actually was going to say if I was myself, "What?! You save yourself! I'm the innocent one here!" But I didn't.

Natsu and I ran from Lucy as Gray just stood there shocked at the situation.

We were at lunch and Gray seemed sad about what had happened before but kept acting as his opposite. I just thought about what he had told me:

FLASHBACK

"..." He didn't answered and I gasped as he held my arm and pulled me into a hug. I heard him whispered as he blushed, "I melted your heart, now is your turn to melt mine." I blushed and got teary eyes. I don't know what did I felt at that moment but, is something that I will never forget of.

FLASHBACK OVER

I blushed as I remembered my feelings for him at that moment, the way that he said those words and the way that he held my arm and hugged me.

I ate my food and threw it away.

"H-Hey Happy-kun." I called out quietly.

He walked towards me and asked, "Is something wrong Fumiko?"

"N-no, can you make me c-company to l-look for my book bag."

He smiled eyes closed, "Sure thing!"

We walked through the halls and I bumped into....
