Chapter 39: Hide and seek

I arrived at my classroom and opened the door.

Oh yeah, forgot to tell ya, yesterday at night,they send me a text message saying that I should go at first hour to the english classroom.

Anyways, I entered the room and saw Mira next to the desk smiling eyes closed at me. I then looked to my left, to see the seats empty!

I then looked at her with a raised eyebrow and asked, "Mira...um... where's everyone else?"

"Preparing for the game of course!"

"Games?" A manly voice said behind me. I turned around slowly to see Gray's chest.

"Oh, well finally Graymiko is here!"
Mira said fangirling.

"Gray what?"
"Gray what?"

Gray and me asked in unison.

Mira then explained using her hands, "Gray+Fumiko= Graymiko."

Gray then sounded annoyed and said, "Who invented that stupid ship name?"

Mira began to cry and said "S-stupid?"

I hit , I mean, I punched Gray's head and said "Now look what you did! You hurt her feelings!"

Gray then put his hand on Mira's shoulder, "Hey Mira, I'm sorry I didn't meant to say that."

Gray looked at me worried as I shook my head in disappointment with my arms crossed.

Mira calmed down and said happily, "We are going to play hide and seek!"

Gray and I sweat dropped.

Mira continued, "You see, we did the pairs, for example, Happy and Carla are going together, same for Levi and Gajeel! The rule games are simple, you just need to stay together by these."

She explained as she held two yellow belts. She put them around our waists. I tried to walk but dragged Gray with me. That's when I realized that we were stuck together.

We groaned and Mira continued, "You must hide from the other pairs around the school, and of course, try to find them at the same time. Oh! And remember that you two are tied up together."

She said happily as we just growled at each other.

I then asked, "Then..." I scratched the back of my head, "Who are you going with?"

"I haven't checked the list yet." She scrolled her finger down the list and looked at me shocked, then she said slowly, "L-Laxus?!"

She panicked and Laxus came in the door and put the belt around their waists. It was pretty awkward if you ask me.

Anyways, Gray and I wondered around school to see where we could hide. Juvia will kill me when she sees that I'm with Gray.

I tried to go left and he right, we growled at each other and calmed down but sometimes we just stood there in an awkward silence.
