Ahana's POV:-

After some more rituals, I was brought to a room probably his room.

"I understand everything happened so unexpectedly. But don't worry we are here for you. Just think rationally" Aunty said leaving me in my husband's room.

His room was nothing I had expected to be.

There was an attached balcony to the room

There was an attached balcony to the room. A walk-in closet and attached washroom.

The door opened, in came my husband with a bag. I eyed the bag then at him.

"Your family send it for you." He said handing the bag to me.

I waited for him to say something else or leave but he was just standing there looking at me.

I took a deep breath before facing him properly, lets get over with it.

"Look this whole marriage was against my will. I am not even sure if I even know the meaning of this word. So, please do not expect anything from me. I have so many dreams which are my priority right now. I hope I have made it clear." I said to him.

I know am sounding harsh and he is also a victim just like me but what can you expect from a 25year old.

"I will ask someone to clear one side of the closet for you," he said completely ignoring my outburst.

"No need. I am leaving for Delhi after two days so I can manage till then" I informed him.

He nods.

"I am tired and want to sleep so can you please leave," I ask him.

He looks at me briefly before going out of the room leaving me alone with my tears.

I tried to remove the pins holding my hairs in a bun but I was not able to. I was getting frustrated because of it and my walls were breaking down too. I don't know how but I was crying my heart out.

I was so engrossed in my despair to notice the figure standing behind me.

A hand started removing the pins making me look up at the mirror to find him. In no time he removes the pins.

I wipe off my tears not wanting to embarrass myself more. I was so rude to him still, he helped me. My heart tried to reason out with my mind but it was not working.

"Mom sent the food for you." He said pointing towards the plate on the table beside the bed.

I nod and he left taking his clothes from the closet. I lock the door this time before changing into my night suit.

I lied down on the bed without eating as I was not hungry. All the events were roaming in my mind before sleep took over me.

Adhvay's POV :-

Life is unpredictable. The one I was supposed to marry ran away and the one whom I don't even know is my wife.

I can feel the anger surge in my body but I have to compose myself for my mother's sake.

"Adi bacha, why are you here" I heard mom asked.

After Ahana's outburst I was in the living room with my laptop but my mind was not concentrating.

Looking up at mom I replied " working mom"

She sighs before coming up to me.

" You can't ignore this now Adi. I know it's not what we all expected but bacha everything happens for a reason. Right now Ahana and you are not able to understand this but with time everything will be fine. She is a nice girl"

That she is. But this marriage was not by her will. How can we both forget this.

"Mom, this whole relationship is not by her will. We both are forced into it. You seriously think it will work. And what will happen if she came to know about her. Do you think she will accept her, accept us. She will think we have betrayed her by hiding something so important." I tried to reason out with her.

I can imagine what will be her reaction after knowing about her. She will never accept us. That is what I am mostly afraid of.

"I am sure she will accept her as her own. Just have patience with her." Mom suggested.

"She is going back to delhi after two days." I told her.

Mom sighed "I think it will help her to clear out her mind may be. Just don't lose hope"

I nod and bid her good night before moving to guestroom.

I close my eyes and our first meeting came in front of me. I was in her college for convocation when she welcomed me with her principal and other students.

I smile thinking how pissed off she sounds when I took flowers from her hand. She was cursing me without knowing that I can hear her. That day I thought how rude she was but somewhere her fearless attitude pinch my heart.
