(My only bestfriend)

YONA'S POV:
It's lunch break now, I usually don't eat when the boys aren't here, I don't even go to the cafeteria, even though I got to take the pills.
  I had my earphones plugged and then I felt a little tap on my shoulder, it was the new girl, now that I finally had a proper look at her face, I remember her

   "hello, Yona's your name right?"
   "yes! so your name was Ryujin, I'm glad you actually made it alive" I smiled
   "same! I almost didn't at home, but still" she said
   "oh strict parents?" I asked
   "They're dead... but a very protective brother and his members" she said 
   "wow... wait... wow sorry to bring your parents up, mine are too, I bet the struggle is real huh?" my phone suddenly buzzed, I replied quickly
   "Yona, the guys arent there but eat something okay? make sure to take the pills"
   "Hai!"
   "don't hai me, promise me" I rolled my eyes
   "are you rolling your eyes right now?"
wait what? I turned around and saw Yuta by the glass door
   "seriously now?" he ended the call and gave me a lunch box
   "Eat this okay? Taeil hyung got it ready for you, I got to go bye have a nice time you two" We hurriedly left
   "I think the struggle is real for you" laighed Ryujin
   "girl I wasn't running at 6 a.M. From five men in the streets"
   "touché" she rolled her eyes
   "I bet your brother and the rest were worried about you" i said
   "I literally sneaked into the house successfully and didn't make any noise, then the living room's lights switched on and all of them were staring at me, I really wanted to go back to the five-man at that moment"
    "wow I can really relate to that, how many people were waiting?" I asked
    "all of them, 8 serious looking men lol, you?"
    "23" she choked on her spaghetti plate
    "23?? like seriously?? that would have been a big gang"
    "you think?" I asked, little does she know... or little do I know..?
    Ryujin and i keep talking for the rest of the break, I told her then why I go to eats pills, but I still can't trust her and just completely open up to her, but we exchanged numbers.

   It's been 2 weeks now that the boys don't go to school, they're just busy with 'other things' they say, during this time I got closer to Ryujin, we even spend time together outside of school, we go partying a loy, and we went karaoke a couple if times, to the mall... the guys don't know about most of these activities, they don't even know where I've been, but they keep messaging me even, Taeyong messaged me yesterday, jaehyun and him are the only ones I'm not that close to, they still don't accept me, I can feel it.

    It's Saturday today, i spent the whoke day at Ryujin's house, she was alone so I wanted to keep her company, she lives 7 minutes away from me, in the same neighborhood.
  As I'm walking back home I kept thinking about our conversation earlier

   "I really trust you, I even invited you to my house, please keep all the secrets I tell you, you're my only best friend" she said
    "Promise by heart?"
    "yes let it be that deep" then we made a pinky promise but in the shape of a heart

  I then went on and told her all the story about my past and how i met all the guys and that they wanted me in, but I didn't mention all the mafia shit that they're into, I just told her the clean version of the story.

   I just walked through the gates, I took my phone out, it was 7 p.M. I kind of wish I stayed longer at her house, the house has been pretty empty the past couple weeks, if I was lucky enough i would meet one of the boys hurriedly eating a snack and sat with him for five minutes. But to my surprise, as Nanny Mary opened the door for me  the house wasn't quiet, there were laughing voices... are the boys here? just the thought of me not being alone made me so excited, I run to the living room but managed to walk in with an unfazed facr.

3RD POV:

the 23 brothers were happy and having fun in the living room, the past two weeks were really busy, they had to do all kinds of work
    "Mary, is Yona in her room?" Asked ten
    "no sir, she has been out all day" said mary before slightly bowing and leaving
    "all day? where is this girl?" asked Johnny
    "well, she has been like that for the last couple weeks, she went out a lot, that's what Mary told me" said winwin
    "I think she felt too lonely and bored" said kun
    "there's nothing wrong with her going out a lot, she just needs to be safe" said Lucas
    "oh Lucas that's something new for sure, is it lucas oppa now?" Asked Jaemin teasingly
    "oh my God I'm cringing so hard right now" said Mark
    "do I call her?" asked Jeno
    "no no, maybe she's having fun, let her be" said Yuta
    Half an hour later, Yona came into the room, when she saw everybody eating snacks and just having fun, she couldnt help but smile brightly, she walked to Chenle who was seated next to Jisunh, and then she covered his eyes with her hands from behind

    "Yah! what are you doing Jisung?" He yelled
    "bro, chill I'm right here" he laughed
    "who is it?" he yelled again
    "Try guessing then" said Yangyang 
Everybody noticed Yona, she gave them a sign to be quiet
    "wait" Chenle feeling the hands on his eyes, "hmmm your hands are so soft, I would say Renjun, wait! these hands arent his, there no ringing it..."
  "Hmm jaemin-? No i was just talking to him plus his hands arent this small... Jungwoo hyung maybe?" Jungwoo widened his eyes, he looked offended
   "Yah! are you saying my hands are small!" he shouted from the other side of the room

   Chenle chuckled nervously, then he keep touching her hands until he captured her wrists
   "Wait, these hands... Yona?" he asked
   "Bingo" the girl said finally uncovering his eyes, the boy got up from his place and hugged her, everybody in the room wzs shocked, finding the act weird, expect for Jisung and ten
    "hello!" she finally said
    "child Where Have You Been?" asked taeil
    "oh, what Ryujin, all day long" she answered
    "Ryujin?" asked Xiaojun
    "yes, she's my best friend"
    "oh so it's a she"said Jaehyun the frown on his face finally fading away
    "So you spend a lot of time with her?"
    "yes, I was the whone day in her house"
    "You're that close?" asked Doyoung
    "We are, she even came over last week"
    "wait, you mean... to the house? HERE?" asked Mark
    "why are you freaking out? TaeTae said it was okay" she casually stated
    "Tae... Tae?" asked Hendery
    "Oppa, I really asked you, didn't I?"
   Taeyong looked at her, then simply replied "yes her best friend is clean"
  
     Everybody threw amazed and confused glances at eachother, Taeyong  wasn't a really nice person when it comes to other people, he was also cold, he was the leader of the lee family empire after all, he had to keep that scary image he held, but was he as mean to her as he is everybody else?

       The 22 lee brothers had amused smirks on their faces, finding it funny how it didnt take long for him to develop a soft side to her, but deep down, they knew that he can never be always nice to her, they knew he was going to painfully push her away sooner or later.
