Couple of Months later

3rd person POV Star Labs

Barry and Jay sped out of star labs while Stein, Caitlin , Iris,Cisco and Joe  stay at the comms

Cisco:I know their speedsters and all but I don't think the Sand Demon will be easy to takedown

Joe:Thats why I have to make a call

Joe walks out of the room leaving everyone confused

Iris:Who do you think he's calling

Cisco:I don't know but it's probably going to be a superhero team up!

Cisco says excitedly 

Flashback to earlier in the day

Y/N is in a gym punching a bag ,thinking about what happened.The battles, hydra, red skull, the plane crash, being frozen.He then sends the punching bag sliding across the floor.Breathing heavily , he grabs another and hooks it up and starts punching again.

Joe:Trouble Sleeping

Y/N continues punching

Y/N:Sleep for 70 years sir I think I've had my bill.

Joe:Then you should be out celebrating.Seeing the world

Y/N stops punching and looks at Joe.Then walks to the bench 

Y/N:When I went under the world was at war when I wake up they say we won they didn't say we lost

Joe:We've made some mistakes.But the truth is we need heroes.People to defend and save.

Y/N:Come here with a mission

Joe:Yes I have and it involves you saving the world.You've heard about our new heroes

Y/N nods

Joe: Well we might need an old one.Yes we have the Flash but we can't always rely on him.Can we with you.

Y/N:Of course.Where do we start

Joe:Theres a debriefing package at your apartment.Along with a new suit and your shield.I'll call you when we need you Y/N

Y/N:Thank you

Back to present time where Barry and Jay have been knocked down

Cisco:He's going to kill him.Joe I hope that phone call was important

Sand demon is about to crush Barry and Jay when he is hit with a shield.Sand Demon looks to see Captain America 

Captain America(Y/N):You know I thought the world  would have moved on from villains.Seems I'm wrong 

Sand demon:Look who it is the man out of time.Not only will I be able to kill the Flash of 2 worlds but also Captain America

Y/N:Wouldn't count on it

Sand Demon throws a sand punch at  Y/N but he blocks it with his shield.Cap then throws it at Sand Demon pushing him back.He then runs up to him throwing punches .Sand Demon uses his sand to push him into some crates.Then Barry runs in a circle and then throws a bolt of lightning at Sand Demon knocking him unconscious.Jay and Cap walk up to him

Jay:Nice work kid

Barry: We haven't meet I'm Barry Allen .The Flash

Y/N:I'm Y/N Rogers

Barry:We know Captain America

Time Skip to Star Labs Y/N POV

Y/N: Woah

I say as I walk into the Cortex

Barry:So how did you know we needed your help

I took off my mask and tell the team

Y/N:Joe told me you needed some assistance and I think I might need to get back into the hero gig

Barry:Well welcome to Team Flash then.

Cisco:Two new team members in the same week.This must be a miracle

Y/N:Hold on who's the other team member

The team leave as Caitlin inform you on what has happened

Caitlin:So now your up to speed

Y/N:That's a lot to take in

Caitlin:Any way do you mind coming in early tomorrow so I can give you a checkup

Y/N:Sure goodbye Caitlin

Y/N then leaves on his way back to his apartment unknown to the fact that Caitlin has found an interest in you
