Team Flash has been working on closing all the breaches in central city leaving only one which is in Star Labs. Eventually Barry runs back to the cortex after closing the second to last one leaving only the one in star labs to join Cisco , Caitlin and Y/N.
Cisco:Bam that's how it's done
Barry then throws the breach device at Cisco for him to catch
Cisco:He shoots he scores
Barry:Not bad for a guy who got C in gym

Cisco:Straight up F right here
Y/N:I got an F on my first Gym class

Caitlin:Can't believe it we closed all the breaches
Barry:All except the one

Y/N is packing his suit into a bag along with some other essentials.He also put his shield in a separate leather circular bag(Like the one in endgame when Steve gave his shield to sam).He went other to meet the others by the breach.
Jay:Alright Barry listen to meta you're about to go through the looking glass.You're going to see things that seem familiar but they're not.Up is down.Black is white and do not let yourself get sucked in emotionally and good luck
Barry:Look if we're not back in 48 hours that means Zoom has us.If that happens you have to close the breaches
Caitlin:We're not going to do that
Barry then looks to Joe
Joe:You get yourself back here in one piece all right.Don't make me come and get you

They then hug.Cisco gives a letter to Caitlin for his family if he doesn't come back.Caitlin the tells everyone to be careful.
