"We don't have time"Rory replied"God knows what Church is doing to him"
"I've been in your position before, it won't go faster if you're not patient"Oliver told the recruit as Y/N got a call, he turned away from the team to answer it
"Code CPT"Lyla said on the other side before ending the call
"Anything wrong?"Oliver asked and Y/N shook his head
"I got it"Y/N answered before walking over to the elevator
Lyla's Apartment
"Hey Dig, how's it going?"Y/N asked as he entered the apartment, holding a circular bag which contained his shield
"Could be better"John said as he walked over to where Lyla was, in the living room.A old stereo stood out of place as it played 'it's been a long long time'
"You know, that's my favourite song"Y/N said before Lyla put a finger to her lips, gesturing for him to stay quiet
She typed on her phone before revealing it to him 'Ears Everywhere', making Y/N turn his head and unzip the bag that had his shield
"I'm sorry I had to bring you in but I need a favour"Lyla said before writing 'Argus Compromised'
"You know, you still owe me for last year"Y/N said before Lyla stood up"Who else are you asking favour from?"
"Just my friends"Lyla said before showing 'You, Dig and I'
"I don't think that's the right term"Y/N said as Diggle stood in the background
The sound of the music was cut off as two large bangs were heard, indicating two powerful bullets.
Lyla coughed as she collapsed onto the floor, Y/N and Diggle quickly moving her into cover.
"Lyla's down!"John yelled into his Argus radio, worried"I need EMTs"
"Do we have a twenty on the shooter?"A voice replied
"Tell 'em I'm in pursuit"Y/N said as he caught a glimpse of the shooter before running out of the apartment
He saw the shooter jump from one ledge to another, so he ran to the closest window, putting his shield in front of him as he broke the glass, jumping from one building to another.He rolled forward as he landed and quickly got up and back in pursuit.He looked up and could see the shooter as he ran, pressuring Y/N to move faster as he dashed through what seemed to be an office.He ran through a glass door as he didn't want to waste anytime and then broke through 2 wooden doors, ripping the doors off it's hinges before leaping over a desk.He turned a corner and ran down the hallway, seeing the shooter outside the window at the end, running on a lower building.
Y/N tensed his jaw as he jumped through another window and rolled forward in the shattered glass before throwing his shield with a grunt at the shooter.

To Y/N's surprise the shooter caught the shield, and to add to his shock the shooter caught it one armed with a fully metallic left arm.The shooter threw the shield back, making Y/N catch it with both hands as it pushed him back slightly.He looked up and saw the man with the metal arm was now gone.
Y/N ran over to the edge and looked over, seeing nothing but the street and hearing the new sound of sirens
Star City Hospital 3rd Person
Y/N and Diggle stood outside a surgery room , as the doctors worked on Lyla's lethal wounds Y/n explained the shooter
"Not many people can catch my shield, he's skilled"Y/N said as John concentrated on Lyla's wellbeing
Just then a Argus worker handed Y/N a file and walked away.He looked through the file which showed what they knew about the shooter who identified as 'The Winter Soldier', it was very little but Y/N caught an idea as he saw a list of names that had encountered the shooter
"Where is she?!"A woman yelled as she bursted through the doors of the hallway

"Calm down Carol"Diggle answered as she stomped over"She's still in surgery"
"Who's this?"Y/N asked John
"Carol Danvers"The woman answered for John"Airforce pilot and Argus agent"
"More like , just a pilot"John said"She's friends with Lyla"
"How is she?"Carol asked before a Doctor walked out of the room
"I have some good news and bad news"The surgeon said"We managed to remove the bullets but she has fallen into a coma, we have no indications of when she'll wake up"

"Where are you going?"Carol questioned Y/N as he walked out of room
"After the shooter, he might come back and finish the job so I need to stop him before he does"Y/N replied
"I'm coming with you"Carol said"Lyla's my friend so this is my problem too"
"You're a civilian, I can't put you in harms way.I got this"Y/N said before walking away
Star City City Hall 3rd Person
"So I'm gonna be out of town for a while"Y/N concluded as he explained the situation to Thea in her office
"That actually works"Thea said, confusing Y/N"I'm gonna be busy most of this week with all this stuff"She indicated to the paperwork"Make sure to bring back a souvenir"
