You and Soldier were up early and ready to infiltrate the building.  You had made contact with your support agents and were ready to enter.  You both walked to the entrance calmly and swiped your forged ID badges and kept moving.

Soldier was at your side as you walked in.  You made quick and subtle hand signals to him as you slipped away towards the warehouse and he made his way to the lot with the company trucks.

“Good morning,” a young intern waved to you as you walked by.

You nodded to the boy, “morning.”  You put on your best kind voice and gave him a short smile before moving along.  The last thing you wanted was to draw attention to yourself.

In no time you were at the entrance to the secured lab where the technology was being held.  However, you noticed a new speed bump in the plan, the lab only had ID swipe access and you were certain your forged badge did not have clearance.

You lightly touched your earpiece, “Soldier, we have a problem,” you whispered so as not to draw attention to yourself.

“What is it?” his voice came back through your earpiece.

“The lab has swipe access and my badge wasn’t programmed for it,” you explained quickly.

“That wasn’t on the databanks,” Soldier whispered.

“I know,” you responded back leaning on a wall looking nonchalant for any passerbys.

“Should be abort?” Soldier asks.

“No, I can do it, just be ready to make a fast exit,” you explained as you began watching people walk into the lab.

“We were supposed to exit casually and secure the tech, if we go out guns blazing it could damage the product,” Soldier explained frantically trying to figure out what you had planned.

“I know that, contact extract team and tell them there is a change of plans, they should be able to cause enough of a distraction for us to get away and secure the tech before coming back,” you explained walking up behind someone as they walked towards the lab.

“And then what?” soldier asked.

“Then get to me with that truck,” you whispered.  You closed the distance to the man walking towards the lab, you noticed it was the intern that smiled at you earlier, but there was no time to think about that.

You shoved him against the wall and slammed his head into the cement leaving a noticeable dent, but causing little sound.  You set him up on the floor and grabbed his access badge before anyone else had come this way.  You quickly walked to the lab and swiped in hearing the automatic lock click and the door open.

You slipped inside unseen.  Based on the pattern of people coming here, you knew it was only a matter of time before someone discovered the intern and locked down the lab.  You had to get the tech quick.  “I’m in,” you whispered to your earpiece as you quickly searched the lab for the tech you were looking for.

“I’m outside waiting for you to open the door,” Soldier responded.

You walked around the corner and noticed a group of very large men in swat gear standing around the technology you needed.  You quickly backed up behind a shelf and cursed under your breath.

“Soldier we have a problem,” you whispered peaking out from behind the shelf.

“What is it?” he asked.

“Swat team is protecting the tech, I count 12 men, military trained by the looks of them,” you explained trying to come up with a plan.  The door to let Soldier in was on the other side of them in the open, there was no way you would get to it before they got you, you were on your own.
