Let the waves run down us both.
Your distorted reflection
Can't be any more rippled
Than the thought of who you think you are.
My perception
Was ruined right from the start.
Your honey-sweet words are pulling me apart.
Now I can't really hear the earth burying my lungs.
Now I can't stay and wander the empty streets of your haunted soul.
I wish the nights were longer,
When you were there beside me.
I wish I didn't taunt her—
The life I left behind me.
Hold my hair back,
While I'm gasping for my breath
And listening closely to the beating of your too soft chest.
Oh, I don't deserve this dedication,
But I'm too weak to push it away.
Give me a moment of hesitation,
And I swear I'll do good by you after this
One last rainy day.

Reconquer all the lands of our childhood
And let the magic move through those cobwebbed veins of yours.
When the earth has ended,

If you can hear me, scream out loud.
If you can hear me at all, scream out loud.
If you can hear anything at all,
Scream for all those years we've lost.
