If I was any other person, surely I wouldn't think as I do,
For I know in my heart we are all here to exist for ourselves.
It's enough.
We're enough.
But as I gaze into those melting eyes,
The perfect shade that I'd want to stare into forever
And feel how my hands fits so well into yours.
I can't help but know that I was made to love you,
And that's enough.
We're enough.
If I walked a dark and lonely road,
You'd be right on the other side waiting to guide me home.
And if you faltered on your way,
I'd slog through the mundane with you until it became beautiful.
I think that's all love is, truly.
It's the security that comes with an honest, sad smile and warm hug,
And the strength to be vulnerable even if there was no such security at all.
