Chapter 1~ The Voice

Hello! (Yes, this chapter is titled The Voice. Not the show.) I really hope you like this book! I'm excited.

Lucy's POV

I sat down near the lake in the small town square. Plenty of people passed by me. I sang out loud. That caused a huge crowd to gather around.... Why was I on the streets you ask? Here's why:

~Flash Back~

I was talking to my dad. "But, father! I don't like it here!" I screamed. He looked at me furious. 

"Then leave!" He boomed. I smirked. 

"Fine then! Mom wouldn't want to be here with you anymore anyway!"I screamed. He looked at me even more mad than he was before. He sent me to my room. He really didn't think I was going to run away. I sighed and walked to my room smiling. I took a small suit case and brought my everyday clothes. Nothing special. A pink skirt and a yellow tank top. I ran away out of the house and into the town, I packed some money i stole from my father for food, but I need to get the rest myself. I went into town and started to sing. People surrounded me, they gave me a couple of dollars and left.

~End of Flash Back~

When I finished a little boy handed me a flier, I looked at him and smiled and he hugged me. I hugged him and ran off. I looked down at the flier.

Auditions for new Female Lead for the band. 'Glitter!' Auditions will be held on May 15th! At Fairy Tail High school auditorium at 2:00!

I smiled. "I'll audiotion-- EHH!! Wait! This is May 15th! That's tomorrow!" I whispered. I stood off and dusted off my skirt and walke down the road to an empty road. I sat down and began to sing a song I was planing on singing: Gravity.

"I wasn't alive all my life... I was only breathing. Always searching diamond skies, for some sign of meaning. Until you stole me... Now your all I see." I paused. 

"I'm in your gravity! Like a Satellite im floating lead me like an ocean to your gravity... To your gravity! Like a satellite i'm floating lead me like an ocean to your gravity. Like a Satellite i'm floating to your." I paused and took out my phone and played the track from where I paused it. I waited for the bridge to end, and took a deep breath. "Even in the dead of night, you will always find me. Even when I close my eyes you can see inside me."

I smiled and swayed with the melody. "And your all I need. Your the air I breathe. I'm in your gravity, like a satellite i'm floating, lead me like an ocean to your gravity, Like a satellite im floating lead me like an ocean to your gravity... Like a satellite I'm floating move me like an ocean to your gravity... Like a satellite I'm floating to your..." I waited for the instramental to end. "I'm in your gravity. Like a satellite I'm floating lead me like an ocean, to your gravity... Like a satellite im floating to your."
