"She's completely unexplainable. You think she is the good girl, but once you get to know her, you realize she's everything. She's crazy, she's funny, she's honest, and you never know what she'll do next."

Taraa's POV

It was almost evening and since today was Friday, I decided to check my emails before wrapping up the work as I rarely open them on weekends.

As always, I deleted the spams and finding nothing else too important, I switched off my laptop.

I exited the office building and stood at a distance, contemplating if I should take taxi today instead of bus, as I was feeling a bit too exhausted today. Since afternoon, I also had a mild headache and a runny nose. Guess yesterday's late-night bath was to blame for all this.

(A/N: Guys, she is NOT suffering from corona. This story takes place in a corona-free environment.)

I ended up deciding to take a taxi, when my phone rang.

"Hello?" I answered the call.

"Can you see a black car across the road?" Jin asked on the phone. I skimmed my eyes and saw a black Hyundai parked at a distance from the building.

"Yeah. What about it?" I asked.

"Get inside, stupid. I have been waiting for the past 15 minutes." he directed.

"What?! Okay, I am coming." I said, still not cutting the call.

I crossed the road and immediately got inside the car.

"Oppa, why are you here so suddenly?" I questioned.

"Good evening." he greeted, sarcastically.

"Yeah, good evening." I greeted back. "But why are you here standing? Don't you think it's too risky?"

"It's okay. As to why I am here...its to take you with me." he said, igniting the engine.

"I would have dropped by myself tomorrow or on Sunday. This is just so sudden." I sighed, but fastening the seatbelt nevertheless.

"You think the kids would have waited till then? If I didn't come to pick you up today, they would have crashed at your house." Jin replied, shaking his head.

"You make it sound like they are some primary school kids." I chuckled.

"Are they not?"

"Seriously? You all are elder than me."

"But sometimes, you really do act and behave like our noona." Jin commented and I chuckled. "Are you unwell?" he questioned with a frown on his face.

"Yeah, just a bit sick." I replied. He put his one palm on my forehead, checking the temperature.

"You have a slight fever. Make sure to take a medicine before you go to sleep." he suggested and I nodded. "Rest now."
