"They stood there pretending to be just friends when all the while everyone in the room could plainly see that they were only existing for each other."

"REALLY, WOMAN?" Jinhee shouted, while we were waiting for the bus. I had told her about Jungkook and me, so she was acting this insane.
"Lower down your voice." I pointed.
There was a honk indicating the arrival of my bus. I boarded it but saw Jinhee following me.
"Aren't you going to your house?" I asked, as her house was in opposite direction.
"After this cliffhanger, do you think I will wait? I will be staying at your house tonight. And you will spill everything to me." she commanded and I rolled my eyes at her.
We reached my home and after the dinner, I sat on the couch with Jinhee in front of me.
"Now, speak. And do not leave out even the small details." she ordered me.
"Stop acting like a detective." I commented but nevertheless started telling her the whole set of events.
Throughout my speech, she squealed, clicked her tongue, slapped her forehead, cursed life, and even beat me up at one point.
"So...now you and Jungkook are in a relationship, right?" she asked lastly.
"Yes." I confirmed.
"I am so happy for you. After 21 years of your life, you finally had your first boyfriend." she spoke softly and hugged me. Smiling, I reciprocated the hug.
"Finally something good to hear to relieve me of all my frustrations." she added.
"What happened? Is it her again?" I asked, concerned. Jinhee sighed and nodded weakly.
Her. That is, Yang Minji. A rank higher that Jinhee in her office. And the cause of all her worries. According to Jinhee, she is a stupid person and my few encounters with her haven't helped much in uplifting that image.
"See, I don't really have a problem with dumb people, but when they try to thrust that dumbness on people around them, then it really gets irritating." Jinhee complained.
"And she calls Jungkook, oppa. I could see him making a face everytime she does that, but he doesn't say anything. I am more than sure that she is elder than him. Anyways, that isn't any of my business." she added. "Y'know what she tried to do the other day? If not for our manager stopping her, you would have seen your precious BTS dressed as mobile phones in the latest advertisement." I laughed in amusement. But Jinhee wasn't finished yet.
"I mean how could anyone be that stupid? And then she is always like "See what my boyfriend gifted me~". Like bitch! Do I look like I care? He can give you whatever he wants unless he isn't robbing my bank account." she complained, fuming.
"Calm down, calm down. Just ignore her." I advised.
"You think I wouldn't have? But when a person dances on your head, you can't really ignore them." she said irritatedly, and shook her head in defeat.
