Warning: SPOILERS FOR THE SEASON TWO SO WATCH IT FIRST IF YOU DON'T WANNA BE SPOILED
ALICE P.O.V
"I must say Five you are quite interesting, I have never met anyone like you" the Handler said as she gave Five a tour. I was kind of having a hard time keeping up with them, Five must have noticed this and secretly grabbed my hand to help me catch up.
'His hands are soft'
'Nope! That sounds creepy stop it Alice!'
"All the people on this floor are case managers, each one responsible for one major event at a time" The handler explained as we passed down a room where there were hundreds of people typing. How do they even fit this many people in here? "So many..." I heard Five say.
"Impressive isn't it? Being a part of something so grand" The Handler said in awe.
Yeah like they don't just casually hand out a hit list to the assassins and kill innocent people.
As the Handler was explaining the process of how they work I zoned out quite a bit looking at the pictures on the wall. I admit they look beautiful, "Any queries number five?" The Handler asked Five. "Yeah, who was my case manager?" Five asked.
"Ah you mean the apocalypse" The Handler said as she rubbed her hand a bit on Five's cheek.
'Talk about not knowing personal space'
We arrived at a room with people typing away and looking through files. "Oh! It's Dot" I said remembering her and what she was gonna be in the near future. Five glanced at me for a bit and gave me the 'You know her?' look.
"Oh she-" and again my voice disappeared, why do I even bother?. As the Handler was done explaining to Five all he needed to know, she left.
It's ironic that Five is sitting on the desk that she's gonna be sitting when the Handler gets demoted.
-
As Five was working I sat on the floor for a bit. Dot decided to check up on how Five was doing but Five just snapped at her. But unfortunately, that didn't stop Dot from trying to get along, but Five just blatantly ignored her.
"Hey, be nice to her for even a little. She's gonna help you in some way in the near future" I told Five.
"Plus it takes a lot to talk to someone.." I muttered, even ordering sometimes was hard for me.
Five glanced at me and sighed.
"Yeah yeah sure" Wow he listened to me, I can call that a great achievement!
We walked into the tubing room and as Five was about to put the capsule into a tube the Handler appeared behind us.
"I'm afraid that's not procedure, here meet Gloria" the Handler introduced Five to Gloria and vice versa.
"Oh Karl Weber, now why the unfortunate Karl?" the Handler asked
"Karl Weber is the butcher at the shop where Captain Ernst A. Lehmann acquires his weekly roast. So, if Karl dies, his butcher shop is passed on to his son Otto, who never washes his hands, which is disgusting-"
'yeah, ew, gross'
"-So he's the one who gives the captain his roast. And that gives him food poisoning. Which makes him late for work. Which delays the takeoff" Now I'm just gonna tune them out cause I know where this is going.
Gosh darn it wipe that smile off your face Five, I can't tune you out if you keep smiling like that
Now I'm just being ridiculous by now, crazy thoughts may have taken a toll on me. As everyone walked out the room for lunch Five took the folder from Dot's desk and hid it under his vest.
-
"Really a bathroom?" I mumbled, Five couldn't have picked a more suitable room to check the file. He could have picked a closet or something, I stood behind the door as Five sat down and opened the folder.
And as Five was about to read it we heard a door open.
"Shit" Five muttered in annoyance, I tried to get a view of her coming in so I stood on my toes to get a better view.
"So how's your first day going five?" The handler said, I saw her approaching the stall then knocked a little hard on the door which caused me to fall over and land on Five's lap.
"Ow.." I hear Five mutter.
"S-sorry-" I stammered out
ShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShitShit
I wanted to get off Five but his grip on my waist was a little tight for me to move. The Handler continued to have a conversation with Five while urinating which was weird. She walked out of the stall and picked through Five through the door which was very weird.
It was a good thing she didn't see me because that could take a very awkward turn for me.
She offered him lunch at her office and Five accepted it, giving her an awkward smile. When she got out of the bathroom Five let out a sigh and loosened his grip on me. "Sorry I was just tense" He said as he placed his head on my shoulder and let out a relieved sigh.
'Not gonna lie this side of him is adorable'
I thought as we got out of the bathroom and headed on over to the Handler's office much to my dismay.
Five and The handler finished their lunch and then Handler offered Five dessert but he declined the offer.
So she offered him a candy that was in a bowl next to Five. I tugged on Five's sleeves a bit and shook my head indicating him to not take it but he took it anyway but hesitantly.
As they were discussing weapons and different time periods I was leaning at the door and saw Dot coming in.
"May I have some time alone please?" Dot said.
"Of course" The handler said as she stood up from her seat and opened the folder as me and Five walked out of the room.
Five and I were waiting close by the tubing room then a spacial jumped in. We saw Dot walk up to Gloria with a capsule in her hand.
"Gloria, the Handler knows that Five is up to something." She then handed the capsule to Gloria. When Dot was now not in sight Five special jumped behind Gloria and hit her on the head with a stapler.
Five then opened the capsule and read what was written. Five then pulled out another piece of paper and typed a different instruction on it.
So that's how Hazel and Cha cha tried to kill each other
"You know that's not how we do things here" The Handler suddenly appeared asking where Gloria was. Then saw Gloria behind the desk groaning "You're a great disappointment to me Five, How come that you can't see behind that fantasy of yours, you belong here with us!"
"You made me a killer"
"You were always a killer Five"
The handler then pulled out a gun under her dress "I just pointed you in the right direction"
Oh no-
