Clark and I stare at each other's eye.
"Please?" I sighed.
"Go, I'll just stay here. I am enjoying selling this weird foods. Don't mind me."
Mas lalo akong hindi mapakali ng makita ko sa likuran ni Clark na naglalakad si Dave palapit dito mag-isa. I don't know but I feel so tense of the idea that he saw me talking with Clark.
"Bella please, I'll immediately go back in Manila later. I badly wanna talk to you.. Lov....."
"Yeah, yeah" agad na putol ko sa kaniya.
He smiled when I agreed. Kusang lumampas ang mga mata ko sa likuran niya kung saan nakatayo si Dave habang nakatingin sa akin ng walang kahit anong emosyong pinapakita. I opened my mouth to say something for him but I couldn't let out any words.
In my peripheral vision I saw how Clark confusely look at hie back when he saw me staring at it. He cleared his throat in purpose so I quit staring at Dave amd cleared my throat too.
Wala sa sarili kong kinuha ang sling bag ko sa tabi ng sling bag ni Bianca saka lumabas ng stall.
Wala ako sa sarili ko ngayong adaw. I wanted to cry damn it!
Natigil ako sa paghakbang ko palapit kay Clark ng biglang may boses na
nagplay sa phone niya na kilalang kilala ko dahilan para mamuo ang luha sa mga mata ko.
'Clark I love'
It was my voice. Ako ang kusang nagset n'yon sa phone niya para pang alarm para magising siya tuwing umaga. I don't know that he didn't changed it.
Hindi ko alam pero agad kong tiningnan si Dave ng marinig ang boses ko galing sa phone ni Clark. Wala parin siyang emosyon kaya napakurap nalang at tuluyang lumapit kay Clark.
"Di mo pinalitan?" Tanong ko.
He shook his head then smile sadly. "Why would I? I love hearing your voice the moment I wake up."
Dinala ko siya sa banch sa likod ng building at parang umayon ang panahon kasi kahit ni isang tao wala.
"Spill it please." I said then I turned to look at his eyes.
His eyes became red the moment I satred at him at this moment. I know it reflected my eyes. Hindi ko na siya mahal oo pero nandito parin kasi ang sakit. I've moved on but I didn't forget about his mistake.
"Love..." nang sabihin niya 'yon agad kumawala ang mga luha sa mga mata ko ng tuloy tuloy na kanina pa gustong tumulo.
Naguguluhan na ako sa sarili ko. I wanted to slap myself for thinking of some other guy while staring at his eyes right now! I badly wanna know why!
"Love I'm sorry. I am so sorrry. What I did is very unacceptable..."
I wipe my tears and laugh a little. "You had sex with some other girl! Why? Because I can't give my body to you? Because I am not enough? Dahil hindi ko magawang isuko sayo lahat?"
Tears fell from his eyes too. "No"
I smiled. "I get it. Alam ko naman. You have your needs and know about that. Hindi ko mabigay sa'yo ang pangangailangan mo kaya naghanap ka ng maiikama. Damn it Clark! Mahal na mahal kita noon. Noon." My tears won't stop from falling and he tried to wipe it for me but I didn't let him.
"Pinagsisihan ko 'yon. Let me earn your trust once again. Hinding hindi ko na sasayangin sa pagkakataong 'to." I shook my head.
"I've already moved on. Nakalimutan na kita." Kitang-kitq ko kung paano dumqloy ang sakit sa mga mata niya dahil sa sinabi ko.
