"*sigh*" orange hair...tied to a pony tail to her side...her teal eyes...and of course...the pro hero license on her...this is Battle fist..the pro hero from Japan..or Itsuka Kendo who graduated top of her class back in U.A...she has been through a lot during her school years...from having to deal with villains...to battling some green chick who had two powerful quirks..to then the city being on constant fire...then a war..and of course...the fall of the League of Villains...so her work by then was done...she had now been called in to Nightcitys Police Department or NCPD to figure out a case of the Yakuza leader Overhaul who escaped is thought to be there...she takes her Backpack down and head towards the baggage claim..getting her small suitcase...as she then sees the news come up 
TV: "GOOD MORNING NIGHTCITY!!!...Todays body count is over 900 Deathtoll!!!....of course the closest who guessed the deathcount gets to have one thousand eddies...but first...our first story is that 6th street leader Walker is now hosting a small party for those who are a patridiot...go head on down...next Cloud nine scandal?...our precious Joytoys being abused and neglected...what else isn't new?!..." she was shocked hearing that this type of stuff..is normal here 
Kendo: "guess i have a lot of work on my hands then" now nervous...she sees a man holding up a sign with her name on it 
"are you miss Kendo?" 
Kendo: "yes" 
"please come" and she follow him over to a very nice looking car 
"please hop in miss" and she does so...while he puts her luggage next to her" soon a nice sound is heard...he closes the door and walks away...which left her confused 
Kendo: "Um..is he driving me?" 
"i'm sorry he is not" and she jumps up scared...no one is in the drivers seat...soon the screen turns on in front of her 
"Hello Miss Kendo i am Delamain your escort towards NCPD HQ...I will be taking the route that would get you there in great haste..." 
Kendo: "Is this RC?" 
Delamain: "No I am an Automotive Vehicle Service that can provide the best protection to your destination...Please help yourself to the selected Beverages that has been listed in your Hero file" seeing three drinks in front of her...
Kendo: "Oh...thank you" 
Delamain: "certainly...now lets head out shall we?" and the car starts driving itself...she was looking around the city...and it seems to be very dangerous...the city itself looks beautiful..but even inside...it hides the dark things that lurk in it...as she soon goes towards Downtown NC she noticed they're going through a place called Heywood...thank god those English with Pony helped her a lot 
soon she hears gunfire and seeing multiple people running...instead off stopping...Delamain kept going even to so much as hitting one of the shooters. 
Kendo: "HEY STOP IT!" trying to yell but it didn't 
Delamain: "My Apologies...we cannot stop for we'll be late for your meeting" 
Kendo: "But they need help...and you just KILLED ONE!" 
Delamain: "it is per procedure to never stop..and avoid danger...you are in NIghtcity Miss Kendo...this is a common occurrence here...if you wish to talk about it..please I advise you to talk to the NCPD." and she was grim...this is indeed something else...far from being anywhere close to Japan...
Kendo: "Just..hurry and take me there" 
Delamain: "Of course" and it keeps going...crossing roads...soon they come up to what seems to be Every drivers nightmare...A roundabout...but not just any Roundabout...but in the form of a highway she of course was scared seeing something like this...how could not be accidents here?!
Kendo: "How many accidents happen in this Roundabout?" 
Delamain: "no known record of accidents have happened...about 100% cases are from shootings" 
Kendo: "great" soon they get off on another freeway leading into downtown...then...here it is...stopping in front of the NCPD Department Agency the door opens 
Delamain: "thank you for riding our Excelsior package miss Kendo...you are now registered in our network so please contact anytime you need a lift also i will deliver your belongings to your new residence" 
Kendo: "thank you...and...take care Delamain" 
Delamain: "certainly" and he drives off now 
Kendo looks in front of her...the very large skyscraper...the cops there are also observing her everymove so she heads up to one of them 
Kendo: "my name is Itsuka Kendo,,,I'm here for a meeting with a Detective...Rivers" she said to them and they talk into a small radio
"head through the lobby the attendant will help you" 
Kendo: "thank you" and he opens the door and they walk in...then of course...she saw the cyberware they are wearing...yeah...Cyberware...something from fiction that was never thought to exist...when they first appeared 8 years ago they have helped the world in many ways...but not without being perverted as well..if it uses energy or can help improve the body...it can be weaponized...that was their first priority...and of course who was the one that made it up?...well it was a girl name Izumi Yagi...the daughter of All Might the symbol of peace...and her retired mother Inko Yagi...the legendary hero Omega...of course Izumi was the kindest person ever...but Kendo always felt something was wrong..she couldn't put her finger on it...but she can't help...but not trust her...no matter how hard she tries to" 
Kendo: "I'm here to see Detective Rivers" and she of course used her Optimizer...and she received it 
"certainly...please head on to the 45th floor please" and the elevator opens...giving her access...she heads in...and of course it was glass...so she could see the city from a high view...the AVs flying around and Maxtec their highest Ranking soldiers in the NCPD was impressive...using mechs and automatons to combat the villains or gangs...it was a newly made process...soon the elevator door opens and she heads in...
"Miss Kendo" she sees a man who had a missing eye...buzzcut...fur coat..boots and of course..his badge 
Rivers: "I'm Detective Rivers" and she shook his hand 
Kendo: "thank you for inviting me" 
River: "no problem..come..we need to debrief you on the situation" and she nods...soon they go in
Rivers: "Kendo is here" and they all greeted her
"it's good to have you here Miss Kendo i am James Teal the Chief of this department and here is Dr.J.Crowley our Police Psychologist" 
Crowley: "Pleasure" and she was introduced to everyone else 
River: "alright..i guess we'll debrief her now" 
Teal: "Not yet...we're missing...you know who again" 
River: "*sigh*" 
Kendo: "what is it?" 
River: "our Maxtec Sargent...Johnny" 
Kendo: "oh..well it's his job to get here on time right?" 
Teal: "Not exactly...he does things on his own terms..so this meeting isn't likely a thought to him right now" but he was again proven wrong as the door busted open...to which Kendo slightly blushed...the man enters as his bodyarmor...blue shirt, black Combat pants with knee pads made of bulletproof material...his whole torso covered in body armor but he was wearing a gray NCPD hat..with black shades and an earpiece 
Teal: "look who's on time..am i dreaming?" 
"shut up" and he sits down 
River: "*ahem* Kendo...this is" 
"i can say it myself...Johnny...that's all you need to know" soon he took a seat leaning back on his chair and plants his feet on the table 
Kendo: "um...nice to meet you" trying to ease the tension 
River: "right...now on to the debriefing...Lately we have been having a rise in gang attacks recently...mostly here..in Watson...as the Maelstrom activity is increasing our outside help is keeping us in line with them...and Miss Kendo we'll explain everything after this so just listen for now" and she nods 
River: "anyways...the other problem..is the recent increase in Cyberpsycho attacks..i'm sure you're well aware of what that is" 
Kendo: "when ones cyberware is making go crazy basically" 
River: "Correct..now...Regina Jones...a Fixer in Watson believes that there is a way to treat them...to help them recover...but it cannot happen if they keep getting killed by the Cyberhunters...meaning you Johnny" so he's part of it as well 
Johnny: "whatever" 
River: "now the problems...well they keep building up so these are the major ones right now...we've discovered Wraiths have been increasing activity here as well..we have multiple areas set up for an intervention" and then came up the main reason she is here 
River: "now comes the main reason you are here miss Kendo..since the breakout at Tartarus prison...a good amount of Yakuza members have set up camp here..Believing that their leader Overhaul or Chisaki Kai is here as well...taking refugee until they can get stronger...right now we need him alive..to figure any other information he may be hiding..so comes the difficult part" 
Johnny: "Just get on with it" 
Teal: "Enough Johnny" 
River: "our teams are set up for the problems here...Johnny...Kendo..is your new partner...get used to it" and she swore she can hear him cuss out at everyone in the room
River: "anyway we're going to have johnny be your partner because he's the one with the most experience in this type of case" and soon after this...the meeting was over
