the rain build up to be considered a shower...as it was flooding the streets of nightcity...of course there are ways to counter them...especially in the age of cyberware...and where could they go?...to the storm drain...and out the overpass...but in the waters flow...there was the body...of the now dead Johnny...or Izuku Midoriya...the once famous peoples champion....in the ditch...left to rot...or be picked apart by a random scav...the man known for being nightcities true hero...the one they could place their hopes in...his time was known as the golden age...for he was the one who made real changes here...the one...who had lost everything...in the blink of an eye

Flashback 
"Midoriya" hearing the officer behind him...as he turns around to take his headset off...trying to decipher codes and a possible lead with a known serial killer 
Izuku: "Hera" seeing the dog woman come up to him...
Hera: "Teal wants to see you" 
Izuku: "whatever" as he continues to do the diciphering she waves 
Izuku: "what is it now?" 
Hera: "now" she said more sternly...Izuku scoffs 
Izuku: "i have an important case here...if he wants to chat tell him to come here...get his fat ass out from that goddamn office" of course if it was any other officer they would've been shocked or surprised at his remark...but Hera dealt with it enough already when they were they were recruits 
Hera: "right" she was frustrated at how a man like that could be so...bitter...despite his young age...
Izuku now had a lead...finding a crack in the evidence to expose the real identity...turned out to be not one...but multiple planned murders to make it seem it was one person...one of them was a cop...
Teal: "Get over here" ordering him out of his office...Izuku locks his computer...and he kept a copy of the data with him...paranoid that it might be sabotage later on...as he follows teal to the office once more...the other officers there brushing it off as normal...entering his office which was quite large and had a good view of Nightcity...and located near Shield tower he sits down knowing the whole routine 
Izuku: "what did i do now" 
Teal: "where to start" pulling out a stack of papers and one folded envelope...
Izuku: "hmm" 
Teal: "this is the amount of shit you make me go through...Izuku..." of course only he would know his real name and last name...he never discussed it publicly for...reasons...
Izuku: "is this about the ripperdoc incident" 
Teal: "you mean how you went and killed the only lead we had for finding the killers?...why what makes you think that?" 
Izuku: "he had nothing to give Teal...I already deciphered the codes teal...we got a lead...that man had killed dozens of people...the jails wouldn't have kept him in there long" 
Teal: "that is not your call to make...in normal circumstances we must treat everything without judgement or frontal justice...not until we can prove that he is guilty" 
Izuku: "so the victims blood on his cloths and body aren't proof?" 
Teal: "Your missing the point here kid...look...I know...what happened back at in your past...haunts you...we all have been through it...but i need you to stay with me on this...the board have concluded that if something like this happens again your out" 
Izuku: "I..." 
Teal then relaxes: "But...if i were to give you a lot more clearance...you have to do one thing" 
Izuku was interested 
Teal: "Sign up for the Max-tac program" 
Flashback ends 

the sound of dirt...scrap and splashes on the concrete ground...a trail of blood is being made...the weapons that are scattered around the near lifeless corpse...of course you know who this is...
Izuku: "gnh....g" as he desparately tries to crawl for the pistol...the pain in his chest has not subsided...making noises no human being has ever made before...the way his lungs had been scorched and burned...but...it was no match for his private experiments...the one thing he never really told Kendo about...or anyone at all besides Vic or Walker

Flashback 
Vic: "what did you inject yourself with?!" as he was concern for the boy...seeing his adopted son taking a piece of skin off him using a medical tool...meant for taking out cyberware
Izuku: "look look!" as if he didn't look insane enough...vic was about to put him into a sedative state when he dropped the syringe...seeing the wound he made...heal itself almost completely...from a wound that even bone was exposed...to now what may be considered a bad knife wound...
Izuku: "I did it vic" 
Vic; "what the hell kid"
