Shield Parade: 'Preparations'

Kendo: "mm....i...izuku" muttering  his name as she sleeps...she stirs...as she slowly wakes up...feeling like she had just lifted a thousand pounds while doing a marathon...she couldn't bare to move her body right now...but another thing is different...her eyes...they....they feel different...the door to the room opens and of course 
Finger: "*Cough*" as he choked on his food seeing him peer through the door...
Kendo: "..." 
Fingers: "Shit...your awake?!" 
Kendo: "what does it look like?" 
Fingers: "right...damn...h..hold up a moment" closing it now...she was confused as to what is going on...who knows...she'll get an answer either way 

Izuku: "i see...keep the calibrations below the usual...no...let the optics adjust to her Genetic makeup...the medicine is there for a reason...yes three pumps...one every eight hours...and no do not let her get out of bed...she needs to rest otherwise it's going to overload the other cyberware...tell her of the warning...the exact way i just told you...thanks again for watching her fingers....see ya" hanging up...as they pass through Watson...Izuku looks up at the apartment building he used to stay at...pretty they won't care that he's gone...taking a sharp turn...they head up north towards the Shield waterfront...where there is construction everywhere...the Shield facility up ahead...
V: "Shoto...we're here" 
Shoto: "good...i'm up at the top...take the stairs...I have some info to share" 
V: "well...you ready?" 
Izuku nods...of course...he has to restrain himself...Shoto Todoroki...one of the original five that used to be a main reason his life was a living hell when he was just a boy back in Japan...now he's no longer that kid...and he won't hesitate to put him down if he even dares to sell him out again 
V: "You seem to know this guy..." 
AFO: "heh...understatement of the century there" 
Izuku: "Not just know...he was my childhood friend" 
V: "Jesus...the shit you have connections to...do you think he'll help us out...or did he fucked you in some way" 
Izuku: "You'll see" now going up to the roof...Shoto was there looking out with Binoculars turning to see 
Shoto: "V...glad you are safe" 
V: "same thing to you Shoto" seeing him slightly smile...it turns to a frown immediately when he glances behind her 
V: "Oh..right this is Johnny...Max-tac sergeant...well..former" 
Izuku: "Shoto" 
Shoto: "...Izuku" 
Izuku: "it's Johnny when we're out in public." 
Shoto: "r..right...Johnny..." as they continue to stare at each other...
AFO: "You better break it up..otherwise one of them will be a corpse" 
V: "Shoto..the plan..." 
Shoto: "right" snapping out of it he gestures her to take the Binoculars 
V: "so this is the place right?" 
Shoto: "Each morning there is a delivery truck that would come in to ship out cyberware or weapons to nearby facilities or to the tower itself...at 3AM each morning this truck comes up...there are multiple ways we could settle for...unless you see other areas" V now handing the binoculars to Izuku he takes it and examines it...
Izuku: "Delivery truck would be too risky...trying to hijack a truck and hope for their clothes to fit...not to mention Shield has a standard scanning procedure to oblige to...but i do see another plan...the bridge over there" pointing over 
V: "what about it?" 
Izuku: "it's a good sniper spot...i could provide cover for outside..." 
V: "Obviously i can't do the inside of the facility alone...
Shoto: "I can use the sniper...i'm quite adept to using the Nekomata" holding up the rifle to them
V looks to Izuku: "You alright with that?" 
Izuku: "he can fucking do whatever he wants" 
V: "hey" 
Shoto: "at least i can do my job properly" 
V: "Enough!" 
AFO: "Oh for crying out loud!" 
Izuku: "You and that fucking knew what you did" 
Shoto: "it wasn't my decision to make...i had nothing to do with it" 
Izuku: "Your bullshitting" 
Shoto: "I didn't...look...I..Johnny...i wish i could take back everything me and my sister did to you...what Touya did..." 
Izuku: "Only because you finally got a real taste of what suffering feels like" 
V: "Enough...before i fucking get mad and charge the facility alone...and let you two be at fault for fucking up a plan...we got beef with one another...deal with it!...right now we have to work together...Johnny let Shoto be our sniper...you tag along with me...we'll go with your plan on taking the bridge...you were going to say something else right?...spill it" taking control of the situation...Izuku now focuses on her 
Izuku: "There's a maintenance tunnel that leads into the facility...saw it when a cyberpsycho attack occured there and they called in my unit...we can access it once we take over the bridge...and like the truck...it can be a distraction...but know there are combat bots...the mech...and automated turrets set around the facility...the Shield soldiers aren't just your common gunk you would find in a scav hideout..they will be equipped with the standard gear...your quirk...Shoto...And you fucking listen...when we get the facility over with...they will know...and they will put it on lockdown...the rooftop of the facility can be hacked...open them so me and V can get out...we split up from there...got it?" 
Shoto: "..." 
V: "Got it...Shoto?" 
Shoto: "...right" 
V: "We don't have to fucking like each other...as long as we understand our common goal...alright?" 
Izuku: "right" 
Shoto nods in agreement 
V: "right...so..since we have...five hours...i don't think leaving is a good idea...have to observe to see if anything else happens right?" 
Izuku: "hmph...then i might as well get fucking food then...what do you want" 
V: "Just pizza...easier" 
Izuku: "right" 
Shoto: "I don't have a say in this?" 
V: "just let him be...please" seeing Izuku walk off now...
AFO was laying on the cement guardrails as he looks at the sky 
V: 'what now?' like a tired mother trying to break up a fight between two children 
AFO: "Nothing much...be weary of this corpo fuck...who knows what he's planning now that my grandson is back" before rolling off the edge 
While waiting for Izuku to come back...V just sighs as she sits in one of the folding chairs provided 
V: "where the hell did you even find this?" 
Shoto: "I have done a great taboo...i stole these chairs" 
V: "...pfft...that's it?...you made it sound like you just killed a Max-tac cop...so who cares...they always get in new shipments in...and besides...i have a high suspicion that the place you took it from...was very likely a front anyway" 
Shoto: "what makes you say that?" 
V: "the fact theres small hints of Purple haze on them...the stains" pointing at it 
Shoto: "oh...i see" 
V: "whatever...don't sweat...i'm sure they were assholes anyway...like everyone else in this shithole of a city" leaning back as she just listens to the rain hitting the concrete...the roofing they have above provided enough cover from the rain...
Shoto: "How do you know Johnny?" 
V: "Multiple run ins actually...first time was when me and a friend of mine watched the NCPD Inauguration
Flashback-..
Year: '2073'
"the Welles residence" 

Jackie: "ey Chica!" calling V over 
V: "Damn it give me a moment..." 
Jackie: "well get your ass over here it's starting" 
V: "hehe alright alright..." as the news broadcast started 
T.V: "And as your mayor i will now hand the mic over to our NCPD Chief of the police department...James Teal" hearing claps echoing 
Teal: "Hello there ladies and Gentlemen...I know that lately the crime rate has been at it's all time low...25% less compared to last year...thanks to the brave men and woman here today" showing them as they line up...
V: "This is what your excited for?" 
Jackie: "No..it's when they announce the Max-tac division..even Padre would recommend watching it" 
V: "is it to avoid them in the future" Jackie nods 
Jackie: "or what type of gunk they'll be...but that crime rate though *whistle* talk about an achievement especially here" 
V: "yeah...i wonder why" 
After a while they then announced the max-tac recruits...and then it was supposed to be over 
Jackie: "huh...wonder if the NCPD are actually trying" about to turn it off until 
Teal: "and now It is with great honor to announce our last unit" 
V: "wait" 
Jackie: "eh?" 
Teal: "for the first time in Nightcity history...our newest recruit is going straight into the role of Sergeant...he has shown leadership, skills unbound, and had the cleanest record anyone in nightcity has ever seen...Please welcome your newest Unit...117...Johnny!" as Izuku walks up to accept the badge...and then shakes Teals hand...
Jackie choked on his drink: "what the hell?!...look..he has" 
V: "No cyberware?!" seeing him just clean...nothing...his shades.
Izuku: "It is with great honor to be leading my own team here in the NCPD...As Me and my team have done a lot and everyone here at the NCPD to instill peace and order...and will continue to do so until all crime in nightcity have been lifted...together..and with your commitment as well..we can make NIghtcity...a safe place once more." 
Flashback ends 

V: "I remember how much the people laughed at him...how much the news media mocked his dreams of making Nightcity safer...but it showed for a while...2076 was when he started to change...he took lives if it's necessary...before then...he would avoid bloodshed as much as he can...or that's what the books say" 
Shoto: "you said 2073...he would've been" 
V: "the Youngest Sergeant in the division"
Shoto: "...wow..." in all that time...he knew Izuku was confirmed dead...until that inauguration was broadcast in national news...because of his statement...when they saw he had no cyberware..and no quirk...he was mocked...shunned by people...overtime...he grew to gain their respect..he had shown them he was capable...and was worth being in the division...he remembered how much Izumi cried that day...how much her parents...his...were shocked that he was alive...
Shoto: "...what happened in 2076 for this to happen?" now shifting his mind to the fact he used to avoid bloodshed 
V: "Adam...smasher" and of course..this talk would go on for a while...and Izuku...well he just happened to come back with the pizza...for once 3AM strikes...they will commence their plan to try and have control over one of the floats...to get a meeting with Fuyumi Todoroki"
