NCPD/Max-tac files: Izuku Midoriya

Unwelcomed chaos

Music playing in the background...as sparks are flying everywhere...seeing both Tanner and Izuku working on a project...Stross counting the medical supplies they have for the final assault...as Setsuna and Mina...still tied up...but with their arms free...they eat whatever Hera gave them...which was a shitty pizza from buck o Slice 
Izuku: "Well it seems you've finally warmed up to the place" joking as he gazed down at Minas foot...where he shot it...
Izuku: "it'll heal...or you could replace it...doesn't matter to me" 
Mina: "..." 
Izuku: "so...i have one more thing to ask of you two" 
Setsuna: "If it's going to be asked to help our friend" 
Mina: "We'll help" 
Izuku: "good...then that's settled...here's the little test here" cutting them out of the rope...they were free...as Setsuna stands up to face him straightforward 
Izuku: "your friend seems eager to leave...none of it is personal...I am required to become 
cautious of everything since my death" 
Setsuna: "Understandable...but if we work together...we have to know what your planning" glancing to Tanner...then Stross...
Izuku: "well...lets discuss it then" gesturing them to move into the next room...as there was a planning table...and a blueprint of Shield towers infrastructure...
Izuku: "I'll leave this up to hera and Stross" 
tanner: "Sir" looking at him 
Izuku; "..." 
Tanner: "she's at Judys place...apparently waiting for the merc with the villain in her head" 
Izuku: "...right" as he sees Setsuna fiddling with her hands...he then looks over to see Mina was trying to focus...and was struggling 
Izuku: "*sigh*...I'm going to get her" 
Tanner: "You hope to not die on her again...even if she's aware...the chances of you becoming flatlined...don't let her see you die twice" 
Izuku: "I know...but i promised myself i would get Kendo back for her...at the minimum" 
Tanner: "*sigh*...just be careful...good luck sir" 
Izuku: "thank you tanner...also keep an eye on the Lizard...make sure she's not missing any part of herself" 
Tanner: "right" leaving now...
Mina: "where's he going?" 
Hera: "Nothing of your concern...now listen cause i'm not going to repeat myself" 

as V makes it back to Judy's apartment 
V: "fuck!" seeing vehicles with the name Shield on it...hearing ongoing gunfire.
AFO: "well what the fuck are you waiting for!?!" using her fortified ankles and propellers to give her a dash forward into the building...bringing out the buzzsaw...
"SHE'S NOT HERE!!" hearing voices...she goes up...to see Shield agents lurking around...
"THE MERC IS HERE!!" firing at her...she sidesteps out of the incoming fire to then slash across the first soldiers neck beheading them...as she deflects a couple more bullets firing buzzsaw as she plants the mantis blade into the wall to run along it...firing her weapon killing more of them...
"BREACH CHARGE READY!!" seeing a small explosion which destroyed the door a Shield solder that was heavily armored came through holding a Defender LMG...raining fire at her...as she tries to deflect them...one of the bullets hits her abdomen 
V: "FUCK!" "Diving out of the way...she reloads before going back in again to try an disarm them...
"NICE TRY BITCH!!" using a Kerenzekov to counter her attacks...V uses a quickhack to reboot their optics...seeing sparks fly out of their sockets...trying to see...she circles around to stab them in the back...before pulling up to bifurcate them...
V: "ERI...JUDY!!" Running into the apartment...seeing an agent fly through the door...
Judy: "Get her out of here!" as she was holding a crusher shotgun with the name 'Mox' on the side 
Eri: "We don't want to leave you!" 
Judy: "I'll be fine...they won't suspect a BD editor as a suspect...only self defense now go!" as Eri rushes off with V...
V: "Thank you again Judy"  nodding to her...they leave...as they make it out...hearing more sirens in the distance...
V: "getting some deja vu from this" 
AFO: "Or the fact you just went through something similar to this" 
V: "Not now!" breaking the window of a car...Eri hops in and V hacks it to turn on...as she starts to drive off...it was stuck in place...as they look behind to see 
V: "OH SHIT!!" seeing a Minotaur blocking the way...seeing the weapons beginning to fire...
V: "GET DOWN!" pushing her aside out the door...the minigun starts firing obliterating the vehicle...eri tried hitting it with her hatchet to get some of the armor removed...before it releases a pressured blast of air all around it throwing her off and V knocked down to the ground...
"ELIMINATE CRIMINAL!" hearing it's low monotone voice as it begins to fire again...Using the Kerenzikov Eri tries to look for any type of exploits...
Eri: "Vent...Vent!" 
Flashback 
Izuku: "Minotaurs they are Heavily armored units that are Manufactured by Militech" showing her the tablet as it has the blueprints showing all the mechanisms and tech
Eri: "Woah" 
Izuku: "Even though it's original creator was Militech...Shield have created their Own variation of it...it was believed that Shield stole the original blueprints to the Minotaur before it reached it's prototype stage...but unlike the militech variant the Shield version would be installed with Smart Tech weaponry and State of the art Optical tracking with their marked targets...One was even hacked with a Daemon to have it kill Civilians...the team managed to track it down and destroy it" 
Eri: "How?...this is like a walking tank!...Literally!" 
Izuku: "Well...with the lack of cyberware on my body the Minotaur was programmed to target Civilians...it did not have access to the Higher ranked files of the NCPD Database...meaning it did not recognized me as a threat...while my teamed had managed to wear it down...there exists a very distinct weakness in the Shield design...right here" highlighting a small circular tube...which said Hydrogen Fuel 
Izuku: "Hydrofuel is a very  hazardous fuel...even the smallest spark will cause it to explode...destroying this will result in damaging the motherboard which is coincidentally located right behind it...rendering it useless" 
Eri: "why are you telling me this?" 
Izuku: "Because...if there comes a time you would have to go against one...you would know where to look" 
Flashback ends 
Scanning through the Minotaur...seeing the threat level pop up...before an analysis check is put in now the fuel tank is highlighted...she smiles...getting the headsman...with the powerful slugs...she fires...barely missing it...trying to shoot again at the panel which protects it...
Eri: "AIM THERE!!" as she pings it for V she understood sidestepping out of the incoming fire firing Buzzsaw to let the panel come loose...using her new quirk...seeing the black tendril come out...to grip the panel and rip it off...
AFO: "Hold it down!" 
V: "SHUT UP...HURRY KID!!" as she uses her other arm to grab the other side to keep it in place Eri now focuses...breathing slowly...
Eri: 'don't think, do" firing the gun...it hits the tank...creating a spark and it explodes...seeing debris fly everywhere...V exhausted retracts the whips pings a nearby device to see if there are more of them 
Eri: "V!" seeing her kneeling down...she goes up to her...trying to help her up...
V: "I got it..i got it" trying to stand up before she gives out again...coughing...as blood comes out...

seeing that pop up 
AFO: "just sit for a bit...don't rush it" 
V trying to control her breathing nods...leaning against the fence...running to grab a bottle from her bag...Eri hands her water 
V: "thanks" 
Eri now sits next to her...seeing her hand tremble as she drinks...spitting out more blood...she sighs in relief...
V: "shit..." trying to regain their strength before it was cut short from another Minotaur being deployed...now pointing at them...V just grumbles and curses silently...as eri started to Panic trying to figure out what to do next...since her weapon is on the ground...she won't be able to attack it on time 
"SURRENDER YOUR WEAPON...YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO PUT YOUR HANDS UP!!" 
Eri: "Damn it" 
V: "don't go for it...we're fucked" as it was about to detain them...a huge spark bursted from the tank...and it feel over...
V: "the fuck?" Eri grabbing the headsman she points it wherever the shot came from. 
as more Shield soldiers come in...they were also being picked off one by one...as a huge boom is heard constantly...seeing their heads or torso being blown off or open...splattering all over the place...
Eri looked away not wanting to image them anymore...V on the other hand 
V: "the fuck is this?!" trying to look around for their helper...seeing them pop up now...they were wearing a black variant of the Max-tac gear...but the NCPD logo was scratched off...the helmet they wore covered his whole face...using an SOR-22 to create craters in the soldiers from close range...as they see this huge rifle on his back...with the words NDl Osprey
AFO: "Seems to be wearing Militech gear" 
V: "Max-tac gear aren't approved by Militech...the fuck is this?"  and right on cue...one of them get behind him...to kick him down
Eri picks up the shotgun ready to help out 
"STAY!!" telling her to not move from her spot...as he brings out a knife to stab into the shin of the soldier...hearing their screams before pulling them down to his level and jab the knife from under their chin and out the top of the head...killing them instantly...the battle over for now...Eri was keeping her weapons up...
V: "who the hell are you?" trying to pry answers from him...and as usual the city keeps surprising her...he takes the helmet off...as both of them went wide-eyes and shock 
Eri: "w...what?" her voice quivering..." 
Izuku: "hey....Eri"
