The beginning of an end

V: "So...this is where you've been hiding" now back in the hideout...seeing his squad here 
Eri: "..." 
Izuku: "Yes" getting out as he puts the Osprey down and he starts taking off his ballistic gear despite everything that happened...Eri was repeating sorry to him...multiple times but he ensures that he understood her caution...and was proud of her for that...knowing Shield...they'll do anything to get what they want
Hera: "Eri" seeing the dog woman again...Eri smiles...greeting her and the others...
V: "shit" 
Hera: "Of course you would end up in this somehow" 
Izuku: "not the point...what's the situation" 
Stross: "It's finish boss" 
Izuku: "..." 
Eri: "what's finished?" 
V: "..." 
AFO: "Ah...so that's what it is" 
Izuku: "the main reason why i'm ending this Eri" entering the room...they see the the makeshift bomb on the table...not as large as they would think...but...it could definitely fit in a dufflebag...
V: "A small bomb?" 
Izuku: "worse" 
AFO: "way worse than that kid" 
V: "..." 
Eri: "..." 
Mina: "so what's th-" as she stops...both her and Setsuna enter the room...Eri instinctively points the headsman at them 
Izuku: "Gun down Eri...they're with us...these two will ensure that we will get your mother back...right?" 
Setsuna: "Eri...yes...we are going to do our best" 
Mina: "We won't fail you again...we will give it our all" 
Izuku: "now...we gonna go over the plan real quick so listen carefully...V...I know you are here for a reason...but...i cannot trust you with this info" 
V: "Fine" leaving the room...she waits for the meeting to be over
AFO: "So...two heroes...saying they're going to help him...sounds like your typical gonk trap you'd hear everyday" 
V: "We don't know the whole story...not a good idea to just assume right away" 
AFO: "Believe me when i say this...The word Hero has lost it's meaning way back before you were even an inch in your daddies ballsack" 
V: "The fuck is wrong with you?" 
AFO: "You have contracts to complete...things to get over with...as much as i would like to continue seeing my grandson...knowing he's alive and well..tells me that he is able to watch over himself...plus...you also have that damn meeting with that Porcelain cunt" 
V: "fuck...well...whatever you have to say...I have to head out...Johnny" 
Izuku: "go right ahead but i need you to listen in just in case...you have an option on how to go about this...Mikoshi is what you're looking for...searching for a cure is where i would go...the database for all victims of Soulkiller...stored in that overrated computer...you said you have a meeting with Fuyumi right?" 
V: "U-uh...yeah" 
Izuku: "When you go there...let me know...her and I have some things to talk over with...but for now...i'm going to debrief the plans...come join us...or don't...rat us out...or not...the choices you make decide what will happen...i made my decision already...what will you choose?" walking away now to give the debriefing...leaving V there...to think about what he said to her but before he leaves 
V: "Johnny" stopping him..he turns to look at her 
V: "...Fuyumi wants her dead as well..."

a moment later

Izuku: "so far there are three types of entrances we could take in the operation" drawing circles and writing them down...
Izuku: "First option is obviously the top...Shield may be the highest competitor in their little arms race with Militech...but their Anti Air Ordinance is relatively shit compared to say Dogtowns...with enough time to put in a daemon you can disable the threat and it leaves them to throw out troops...using a breach charge on this floor will lead us down into the lower parts of the tower...this is where we'll start off...if we make this choice...the second is through an underground passageway that connects through a mining site...outside of the city...of course it's a third party company that shield is funding" throwing out pictures to them.
Mina: "who took these?" 
Tanner: "That info is confidential" 
Izuku: "Nomads...simple as that...you two have been in that tower...but i still don't fully trust you...but i must know something...that may prove a theory I have...is Mikoshi...located below the surface?" looking at them 
Setsuna: "Yes...but we don't know how far...when your in there for days with no windows or have any way on telling time...it begins...it begins to feel like forever" 
Mina: "But the coffee was okay...then again that's the only redeeming quality...oh also the food is-" 
Hera: "Mikoshi!" sternly looking at them 
Setsuna: "Right um...when we tried sneaking into Mikoshi...we saw izumi in there" now Izuku tenses slightly..which has not gone unnoticed by his squad 
Mina: "They were talking about how Kendo is going through a rehabilitation process...last we saw her...sh...she" 
Flashback 
"Now...please tell me what your main objective is?" 
Kendo: "...t....to serve....Shield" 
"good...please tell me the first word your thinking when i give you one...Nightcity" 
Kendo: "plague" 
"Shield" 
Kendo: "...I don't know" 
"okay...Max-tac"
Kendo: "I...Izuku" uttering that word would then cause her to shake violently...as beeps were heard and the other doctors came in to resolve the situation
trying to get into the area they were kept away by the guard posted there
Mina: "ITSUKA!!!" 
Momo: "what's going on!"  
Setsuna: "Mo..please..you have to help us....we need to stop this...look at her!" 
Mina: "Nonono!" as Momo was solemn about it...she shakes her head 
Momo: "I'm sorry you two...i'm not authorized to help or interfere with the procedure"

Hearing a snap...they look over at Izuku...seeing he broke his shades crunching it and grinding it...before letting the pieces fall to the ground...his eyes...they were filled with nothing but anger...which is understandable
Mina: "We tried sneaking into Mikoshi...to try and Convince Izumi to stop the procedure...but...we overheard a conversation between her and Katsumi...then" 
Setsuna: "It was a trap...she let us follow her...don't know how she managed that...because she was plugged into that damn pillar...doing who knows what in cyberspace" 
Izuku: I Assume that is Mikoshi" 
Setsuna: "Yeah...it was well locked...there were no guards but i think that's Izumis doing...to give us the illusion we're doing something" 
Stross: "Mild Stimulation to severe will cause the mind to go straight into either cyberpsychosis or fry the brain...either one is a no win situation...based on the time...which is nearly...a week...the process is two...any longer than 4 days will make the process irreversible" 
Izuku: "by then we must make it...the moment the bomb is planted...and Itsuka is extracted...i detonate it..." 
Mina: "what about the people in the building!?" 
Setsuna: "this is what is expected Ashido...we don't have any other choice" 
Mina: "Damn it" 
Izuku: "I don't plan on killing the people...the moment they hear a bomb is inside the building they will initiate an emergency evacuation...Shield tower has many Contingency plans for situations like this...then again...I don't think a Nuke isn't part of the plan...but still...I hope they would do the right thing" 
Setsuna: "...then you give them too much credit" 
Izuku raises an eyebrow 
Mina: "Shield has no contingency plan for such a thing...yes taking them out from the building is one good thing" 
Setsuna: "But with Izumi there...I believe it's made things worse...a bomb...will possibly be something she'll keep hidden" 
Stross: "But why?...what's the point of doing something like that?" 
Izuku: "It's to get back at me...if i were to threaten anything she says...she'll want to put as much collateral damage as she can on me" 
Hera: "Bitch" 
Setsuna: "and...the last option?" 
Izuku was silent for a moment: "I wished to not risk your lives...the third...i'm keeping to myself" Eri also caught on to this...
Tanner: "The third is to blow a hole in Shield tower right?" 
Izuku: "...yeah...that" 
Eri: 'he's lying...what's the third option?' 
Izuku: "This is the options we have...when i make a decision...i will notify you all...for now..I have to talk with Tanner for a moment" 
Stross: "shit" 
Mina: "Right...come on set" going on now...as they leave the room 
Izuku: "eri...Go on please i'll be out i a moment" 
Eri: "No...i want to know what stupid thing you plan on doing!" puffing up her cheeks...despite her name the white death...she can still act like a kid 
Izuku: "Eri...please...in due time i will explain everything...just this one time." 
Eri Still stubborn...like her father...doesnt' budge 
Izuku: "Fuck..." 
Tanner: "Might as well boss" shutting the door...locking it
tanner: "so what's this third option you just thought up" 
Izuku: "So...with everything happening...the amount of lives i'm risking in this plan...It would be in our best interest...that if all else fails...I will lead the assault on Shield tower...alone" and as he expected he stops Eris fist going for his stomach 
Eri: "STUPID STUPID!!" 
Izuku: "I'd prefer if you keep your voice down" 
Eri: "Why would you think of doing something like that!?" 
Izuku: "..." 
Eri: "Dad...Please...answer me!"
Izuku: "..." 
Eri: "Are...you are willing to die...for good...even just when i found out your alive...you would do that...for what?!" 
Izuku: "To get your mother back...to make sure...that even if...all doesn't end well...You two...would still have each other" 
Eri: "But i also need you...just like mom...she needs you...i...I don't know what would happen...but i won't let you be gone for good...please...please think of something...anything!" 
Izuku: "...Whatever happens eri...that is what we're given...the choices we make...are just...Consequences nested within one another" 
Izuku: 'at the very least...i could do the impossible...give them...a good life to live...despite it being the wrong place, and time
