Aldecados deal

Izuku: "so...you're THE Santiago...the nightcity legend...a lot of folks thought you were dead" 
Santiago: "hah...and what poor bastard came up with that" 
Izuku: "My father" 
Santiago: "ah...well me and your father never really met eye to eye on things...but we kept the respect mutual...nothing special about it" 
Izuku: "so i take it i'm being treated the same way" 
Santiago: "Your not your father so we'll see about that" 
Izuku: "right" and as the road continues to grow bumpy and the dust filling the air around them...the storm nearing...
Izuku: "How long until we reach this camp?" 
Santiago: "Just beyond the cave my friend" as Izuku kept his hand on his handcannon in case shit goes south...he merely sees that he's never used this cave system before
Izuku: "You really seem to know the place" 
Santiago: "Living life as a Nomad does that to you...it's hell sometimes...but it's better than being bounded down by some rule you can't break" 
Izuku: "You mean Anarchy?" 
Santiago: "Not one for specifics...who cares" 
Izuku: "When it involves me" 
Santiago: "Max-tac...beh...so you keep order and uphold laws...if i so much as litter you'll shoot me" 
Izuku: "It's not anything like that...There are restrictions...and there are other solutions than paying it with a bullet...i never use that solution...there is always a path to peace" 
Santiago laughs: "Your vision of peace is presenting power...and keeping it 'peaceful' by scaring the shit out of the  locals...your automated mechs are a pain in the ass to deal with" 
Izuku: "Thank Militech for that end...although the Shield Model is considered stronger...quicker...deadlier...but they won't spare any for us cops..." 
Santiago: "Because you can be bought off easily...every cop i see they only use that badge as an excuse to murder or steal" 
Izuku: "I made sure to flush them out for that...i tried and uphold the standard that is needed for just NCPD officers and deputies" 
Santiago: "wow...i would really HATE to be trained by you" 
Izuku: "of course...that's the point..." and as they now exit out of the tunnel they see the storm is here...they could barely see anything...as the camp was straight ahead...they drove right into it and parked nearby...
"Santiago!...What's the plan!" 
Santiago: "Just stay in the shelter...i'm sure it'll subside again soon" talking into the radio
"did you managed to get rid of the Jammer?" 
"No" 
"Jesus this is what i mean Saul he doesn't do a fucking thing all because he says he's a legend thinking he owns the fucking place!" 
"Santiago: "You didn't let me finish" 
"Saul: "Panam...just...calm down...what where you about to say" 
Santiago: "No i did not destroy the jammer...the reason is someone else got to it before me...and was payed for it" 
Saul: "Jesus...who the fuck was it?...was it Wraiths...Scavs....mercs?" 
Santiago: "How about the Ex Max-tac Officer Johnny" and there was a moment of silence from the radio
Santiago: "hello?"...as Santiago shakes it to make sure it wasn't broken he holds it near his ear 
"YOU BROUGHT A FUCKING COP TO THE CAMP!!!" yelling right into his ear...okay..maybe he deserved that
Santiago: "Jesus christ" rubbing his ear 
Izuku: "they seem to like me" Being sarcastic about it 
Santiago: "fucking hell my hearing...anything else you want to add?" 
Saul: "We don't really trust on having a cop...former or not...in the camp...hey!" as the radio was ripped out of his hands 
Panam: "Your fucking right that we're not allowing some NCPD Bullshit badge wander into the camp...he could have a tracker on him for all we know!...you ever thought of that Santiago!" seeing that the storm is starting to calm down...Santiago gets goggles on and a small cloak to cover his face from the dust  
Santiago: "we'll talk outside...wait here" as Izuku now waits in the car he just fiddles with the handcannon...making sure it wasn't damaged in any way...seeing them through the one way windshield...similar to the one he has on his Javelina...he's sure Kendo is taking good care of it...
Santiago then waves over to the car and that was his cue to come on out
Izuku: "well...shit" and he reluctantly comes on out...as he was wearing his shades...having his weapons on hand...the other members...four of them to be exact..one an older looking dude...with a guy that was wearing a hoodie...killer beard though...and then he recognizes the leader...Saul..he knows this because he's seen him make deal in the outskirts of town before...but he never really thought it was threatening the public...and then...the woman...oh boy...Izuku maybe devoted to Kendo..but he's not lying that she has a hell of an ass...
Izuku: "well then...I see they were talking about me" 
Panam: "Shut you mouth" 
Saul: "Panam...so...Your Johnny...Former Max-tac Unit" 
Johnny: "In the flesh" 
"What are going to with him...he might be trying to give away out position" 
Santiago: "If you let him explain his situation i'm sure you'll find out" 
Izuku: "I'm here because i am looking for certain cyberware models that i need...of course not having any cyberware myself...in fact i have none...but i do need them...and it's hard for me to find...so please...i will do whatever work you may have for me...if i must earn your trust...so be it...but i will not leave until i find the item i need" as he then explains more on it...they seem to discuss among each other...trying to see if he is hiding anything or in fact has a hidden agenda...Saul then came back to him 
Saul: "Alright...we'll bite...but on one condition...you are to have one of us be with you at all times...regardless of where you are...got it" 
Izuku: "Crystal" 
Saul: "good...and those weapons...you may need to get them repaired...we're going to be working on a deal soon...so you can get them fixed up over there..." pointing at the tent the guy with the weapons waves and he looks back at him 
Izuku: "Anything else?" 
Saul: "I'm sure you know me...I'm Saul the current Leader of the Aldecados....Mitch helps keep the wheels in tact...Scorpion is our guy if we need to scout out convoy or perhaps avoid any oncoming threats...Panam...as stubborn as she may be...she makes good deals...some risky...i hope you'll get along with them...me as well...Santiago is an entirely different story...one we might have to save for later" 
Izuku: "Very well" 
Panam: "Saul...Mason called...he wants those components" 
Saul: "Alright..make the delivery...Johnny...go with her" 
Panam: "Hell no i'm not going with a cop" 
Saul: Panam" 
Mitch: "Just get it over with girl...I'm sure he's not what they say he is" 
Izuku: "what...i don't bite" 
Panam: "From Max-tac...it's much more dangerous...he could take us out if he wants to" 
Saul: "Relax...He has his own Morales...I'm sure you know that" 
Santiago: "Look he's taken care of the Jammer...Dakota had already vouched for me...he's the real deal.." 
Izuku: "She said she'll provide me an item...I believe you guys would know what i'm looking for" 
Saul: "Get the delivery done and we'll see about it" 
Izuku: "Very well" as he cocks his sniper 
Panam: "if that's the case...Saul i'm gonna need to borrow your rifle again" 
Saul: "Be my guess" and as she heads back in...looks around to see all the other members going on with their day...working on things...keeping it maintained...he has to make sure he doesn't get injured...otherwise it'll be a lot harder to find a place for him to heal in 
Panam: "alright...lets go...Your driving" handing keys to him...Izuku then sees the weapon Panam was holding...it was called Overwatch...the Iconic sniper that was high caliber...the same model as O'Five...except it was fitted with a custom silencer that would mute most of the sound...of course it can still be heard from some distance...but it's control along with the fact that it hides the flash...makes it a deadly weapon...
Izuku: "well then...lets not keep them waiting then"
