Shield Parade: 'Before the storm'

V: "..." waiting out in the lobby...after a day she meets Izuku once more...Fingers informed her that he didn't even sleep nor eat...why he told her...she can't figure it out 
AFO: "Perhaps you can snap some sense into that boy" 
V: "He's your fucking grandson..not mine...i'm not going to babysit him...what he does..is his own decision" 
AFO: "mm-hmm...just like when he chose to let you go when he interrogated you back in the NCPD Tower" 
V: "Ugh...could you fuck off and stop reading my fucking memories?!" 
AFO: "Not like i had the choice to begin with...Your hormones are fucking everywhere" 
V: "Probably because i have some ancient old man fucking with my brain" 
AFO: :"Beh...either way...suck it up...and go take him out to lunch...get him to breath for just even a moment...otherwise he's going to be useless to you when you do need his help" 
V: "...Shit...." making sence of the situation...she gets up to open the door to the clinic..and head into the extra room...the room where Izuku is sitting by Kendos side...holding her hand while she was still unconscious...
AFO: "Still can't figure out how the hell the heroes managed to do a number on her...
Izuku: "what do you need" trying to give off his authority...but with his creaking voice...and tired look on his face...the clear sign that he's been crying...she couldn't help it...
V: "I thought the sergeant of Max-tac was incapable of crying..." 
AFO: "You idiot" 
Izuku didn't bother to look at her...as he gets up to wash his face...exiting the bathroom...he was about to sit back down before V puts a hand on his shoulder to stop him
Izuku: "..." 
V: "So...Your pervy friend said you didn't eat sleep, nor even drink anything in the past day...just self loathing in here" 
Izuku: "And why the hell would you give a fuck" 
V: "Because when the time comes for us to prepare for the Shield Parade...I need you in top shape...not just a shell of a strong person...come on." 
Izuku: "I can't leave her...not like this" 
V: "She's been through tougher situations...she can help herself" 
Izuku: "..." 
V: "...well?" 
Izuku: "alright" this surprised her 
V: "That easy?" 
Izuku: "...lets just hurry" leaving the room...Fingers was busy replacing cyberware on his patient...looking at V he nods at her and she does the same...now leaving the clinic...out into the alleyway...of course it's raining once more
V: "You want to see the plan we have going so far?" 
Izuku: "sure...what did you two planned" 
V: "come on" leading him away from the clinic...just walking the streets of Japantown in the nighttime...felt...nice in a way...but...his inner instincts want him to go back to Kendo...on the other hand...he wants to patrol the area and stop any crime from happening...but..he was too weak right now...despite the regeneration tissue he has..it doesn't restore nutrients or give him energy...in fact it does the opposite...since the regeneration process takes up both nutrients and energy to restore itself...which requires a constant high calorie meal...but he does none of that...despite being the literal founder of all cyberware...he is still a reckless kid...
V: "right here" Leading him into an Elevator...pressing the button leading up to the fifth layer...yes...layer...as in  to the fifth bridge crossing...which leads into another district...this area where she and Shoto met to discuss the parade going right to the same vendor that Shoto complained about the food 
Izuku just had whatever...V did as well...sitting at the booth they eat...looking over the city from the bridge 
V: "Shoto has the shard...but i could tell you what i know from here 
Izuku Taking another bite gestures her to continue 
V: "So...from what the data we got from Wakako says...it's surprisingly light on security here...such only about three sniper teams are going to be deployed here...there...and the overhead sign right there" pointing at the three sections 
Izuku: "seems about right...did you accounted for backup...response teams and such?" 
V: "no..there is none...this is all they have" now it's his turn to raise an eyebrow 
Izuku: "that doesn't sound right...no backup or response team?...not even a Trauma unit based on this" 
V: "is it a trap?" 
Izuku: "...or worse..." 
V: "I know this announcement was out of nowhere...probably didn't have enough time to get one" 
Izuku shakes his head: "anyone that's in the platinum membership with Trauma are taken seriously...this is the daughter of the Shield corporation...i'm sure they would take this with great precaution...especially in a place like this" 
AFO: 'you know what i think?....i think you should both go to the afterlife and see rouge...we'll do this without that corpo scum...My grandson knows what he's getting into...do you?" 
V: "..." 
Izuku: "But i can see how this could buy him time...getting that chip out of your head would be the first priority..." 

Overlooking the city...she now gets a phone call...

V: "hold on" answering it in the corner of her vision...she sees 
Shoto: "V" 
V: "Shoto...you good?" 
Izuku: "..." Silent
AFO: "Just saw his whole body tense up...talk about trauma" 
Shoto: "I have managed to look through the info we recieved and i have an idea...a way we could prove this once and for all" 
V: "t..that's great!...I'm guessing we can't talk about it right now" 
Shoto: "Yes...i need you to meet me at the construction site right across the Shield facility...it's where they're keeping the floats and the AVs for the Parade.." 
V: "right...and um...If you don't mind...I'm going to bring some company" 
Shoto: "hmm?...I would prefer if no one else would know about this...can i ask who?" and in Japanese 
Izuku: "Hello Shoto Todoroki" Seeing Shoto have his eyes wide open...the most emotion she's seen him express 
Shoto: "J...Izuku" 
Izuku: "You better uphold your word...we're going to be there" 
V: "we'll be there" 
Shoto: "r...right" now hanging up 
V: "You know him!?" 
AFO: "Not just know him...he was their childhood friend...I'm sure you figured that out" 
V: 'i know he's the Symbol of peaces brother...but...not this' 
Izuku looks at his watch...checking up on Itsukas Condition...so far stable...she's going to be out for a moment...
Izuku: "A story for later...come on we have a meeting to go to" heading back to the elevator...going back down to ground level...Izuku looks at the Screen in the elevator.

AFO: "that's my grandson...seeing he managed to fuck up the heroes trying to get him...top it off he has no cyberware or even a quirk!...Hilarious...his fathers weapons proved to be more effective overtime...whatever that device he used is...it proved to be extremely efficient" 
V: "What was that device you used?" 
Izuku: "...using an ancient jammer i found in the badlands i made it into a device that would disrupt not only radio communications...but it completely hinders the usage of Cyberware...I didn't accounted for my partner during the time...trying to get away from them...she told me she couldn't see or feel anything...it worked...but it got destroyed in the explosion" 
V: "Jesus" 
AFO: "now you can see why they want him so much...he made this out of shit he just found from the desert...now give this mind things that are of top quality...or in fact...use soul killer on him...like they did with me" 
Izuku: "...i have question actually" 
V: "hmm?" 
Izuku; "since you have his engram trying to take over your mind...are you...are you able to speak to him?"

AFO: "hmph" 
Izuku then lightly chuckles from this 
V: "He told me a lot of things...for starters...Your his grandson" 
Izuku: "go figure" shrugging like it's everyday news 
V: "you have anything to say?" 
Izuku: "Not much really" 
AFO: "I know this is out of character for me to do this...But could you tell him that i'm proud of the man he became"

V: "don't know...that's all he said"
Izuku slightly smiles: "at least i know he cares" now the doors open...hearing gunfire in the distance...Izuku out of instinct runs out towards the source of the sound
V: "what the fuck?!" hearing the gunfire now cease...he comes back 
Izuku: "...sorry" 
V: "the fuck'd you do!?" 
Izuku: "Just settled a disorderly conduct" cocking his pistol they head towards where V has her motorcycle parked 
V: "hop on" 
Izuku: "right after you" 
V: "heh...rather grind against your orange haired hero?" 
Izuku: "nah you don't offer much anyway"

V: "Just shut up and get on" of course...she has to technically deal with two pricks at once
