Panams problem

Driving along the road again...Izuku was fiddling with his weapon as Panam drives...they both took a 'gecko'...or that's what they call it...
Panam: "..." hearing some clicking noise and then a popping sound...she was starting to get annoyed by it real fast 
Panam; "Have anything else to do than doing shit like that?" 
Izuku: "Just maintaining my weapon that's all" 
Panam: "ugh...whatever" and she picks up the speed and he seems to notice 
Izuku: "If you make me lose a part i will make sure your rifle is sabotage" 
Panam: "hah...not mine...you'll be pissing off Mitch" 
Izuku: "so that's the weapon it belongs to" 
Panam: "yeah...he's scored it off a militech convoy...well guarded for no reason but he and scorpion managed to get them...this weapon is what they found and he's pretty proud of getting it" 
Izuku: "anything special with the weapon" 
Panam: "has a subsonic suppressor on it...even though its meant to be loud you could barely hear it from 50 meters away..." 
Izuku: "Overwatch" 
Panam: "huh" 
Izuku: "thats the weapons name" 
Panam: "pfft...already your naming weapons...crazy fucking cop" 
Izuku: "That weapon you managed to snag belonged to the great firedrake...he made many weapons like that...and a lot of them were either stolen or lost once he passed...some even were given to factions leaders...for starters judgement...rouge owns that weapon" 
Panam: "we're not talking about that withered old bitch" 
Izuku: "Hmm...seem to have struck a nerve there" 
Panam: "what's it to you...don't you cops hate mercs and fixers like them" 
Izuku: "not really...for me i would go to Wakako for information" 
Panam: "Because of her quirk" 
Izuku: "yeah...although i wouldn't ask for too much...don't be a puppet for her to use..." 
Panam: "hmph...another old withered bitch...besides that...i heard you were in a relationship with a hero...didn't think you would go that low" 
Izuku: "She's not like the others" 
Panam: "i'll believe it when i see it" 
Izuku: "but i will say when i first met her...i...I didn't treat her well...let my own judgement blind me..." 
Panam: "..." 
Izuku; "But then again...shits different when you realize that what your trying to achieve is pretty  much useless...how foolish am i" 
Panam: "heh...if you say so...then again...your a free man...your not bound by corpos anymore...but i do have a question..." 
Izuku: "go ahead" 
Panam: "why do you need components...you don't have any cyberware so i don't understand why" 
Izuku: "just because i was let go...doesn't mean i'm not going to let them push me around...they brought this on themselves and i will make them fucking pay" 
Panam: "we're here" as they stop in an abandoned town...
Izuku: "really...here?" 
Panam: "those fuckers from raffen screwed me over." 
Izuku: "let me guess..you lost a convoy" 
Panam: "not only that they also took my wheels...and here Rouge won't be able to help me at all saying it's my fault...crippled bitch" 
Izuku: "hmm." as the two get out...seeing everything shut off
Panams: "hmm..seems the station isn't running...can you scan the area?" 
Izuku: "No optics...remember?" 
Panam: "right...i don't have any optic" 
Izuku: "hold on..." bring out a scanner...he scans the area and sees there is no power running through the small tow 
Panam: "no power right?" 
Izuku: "Yeah.but i'm sure there's a way to get it up and running" 
Panam: "good...you see the substation here?" looking over at the power conductors...
Izuku: "right" 
Panam: "I'm going to drive the car around and see if i can jump the car into the power box" 
Izuku: "let me know and i can pull the lever" nodding now she gets into the car and starts to drive it around 
Izuku: "hmm...I'm sure You would be good friends Kendo" 

Meanwhile 

Kendo: "GAH!!" waking up suddenly 
"Jesus...stop moving..your going to ruin the treatment" as she looks to see a ripperdoc there...
Kendo: "where...where am i?" 
"You are in my clinic...here in Pacifica..." 
Kendo: "Pacifica...Rhino...Eri...are they here?!" 
"Yes yes...they are waiting outside...i suggest you wait until i'm done here...your skin was very inflamed from whatever caused this...I just need to get your permission...or rather suggest if you want me to put in an Order for Subdermal Armor since this is apparently the fifth time you've been in a situation like this" 
Kendo: "no" 
"I would highly advise that you take them" 
Kendo: "no" shaking her head again 
"*sigh*...your skin is damaged...scarred tissue makes it difficult for combative cyberware to deploy...such as your Gorilla fist...it could get miscalibrated or in fact...hurt the skin...which could cause unneeded pain" 
Flashback 
Stross: "should i put in an order for Subdermal armor sir?" 
Izuku: "Negative...don't want to make her anymore robotic than she is...she'll pull through" 
Kendo: 'why is he so against cyberware?' 
Stross: "mostly with things that involved his family long ago...but the other thing is he doesn't want anyone to go through Cyberpsychosis"
Kendo: "but...i really don't have that much cyberware on me" 
Stross: "doesn't matter...he seems to know his stuff...so i trust in his opinion" 
Izuku looking out the AV doors seeing the NCPD Tower approaching he looks on over to Kendo...taking his shades off...and he smiles at her...which wasn't the arrogant smile he would have...but...of genuine care...
Flashback ends 
Kendo: "Izuku" 
"who?" 
Kendo: "oh...nothing...i'm sure i don't want the subdermal armor" 
"alright then...now lean back..i need to make sure your Optics are correctly placed" 
Kendo: "right" as she leans back again she sees him taking the eye out looking at herself...and he once more analyzed it 
"These optics...they were by...Biotechnica am i correct?" 
Kendo: "yes" 
"Such a huge difference...since the cyberware your friend has is of Military grade...I'm going to give you something similari" 
Kendo: "How much will that be?" 
"Your already covered...Rhino is taking care of it" 
Kendo: "I thought...she doesn't" 
"She's not heartless...especially if it's someone Johnny values...so come on...layback and let me do my work" and that solidified his point...and he listens
Kendo: 'i hope we'll see each other soon...Izuku' 

Izuku: "holy shit...it worked" seeing the whole town now...hearing the music from the bar...the gas station is operational...but one thing that is important...important than anything...
Panam: "where are you going?" seeing Izuku enter the bar...as he reaches over to grab a mug and pours beer from the draft...and he drinks it 
Panam: "That's disgusting...who knows how old that shit is" 
Izuku: "seems fine to me...like..." and he then realizes something 
Panam: "Getting poisoned" 
Izuku: "no...it's...fresh..."
Panam: "let me see" taking the mug and she takes a sip 
Izuku: "I believe this is the place where all dealings are made" 
Panam: "go figure" 
Izuku: "well...we're going to be waiting a while i'm guessing" 
Panam: "about 8 PM the deal is happening" 
Izuku; "right...i'll take a liter of this shit and wait out the roof where the maintenance room is" 
Panam: "as long as you don't fucking die" 
Izuku: "for you i won't" 
Panam: "fuck off with that shit" and she shoves past him
Izuku: "touchy" and he gets back up the roof and he waits there...pulling his cap over his eyes and he takes another swig to doze off for the day 

Izuku woke up...in the gardens...he felt the rain hit his face...as he gets up he looks down to see he is in his old NCPD Gear...looking around...hearing the normal announcements from overhead...and he looked on over to see something catch his eye...and he grew sentimental
Izuku: "I used to wonder on who my father was...what type of person he is...only to see...that his own father wanted to use him as a fucking vessel" looking at the Firedrake statue that is placed near Japantown...of course the gardens was under both Valentino and Tyger claw control...but he didn't care...and he was met...with someone he couldn't figure out 
"Conflict i sense in you...you are unsure of what to do...and yet...you know why your here" seeing the monk there meditating 
Izuku: "I pardon for my language if you heard me" as for some reason he felt compelled to listen...perhaps its a quirk  
"I see you have some doubt...do not fear...for no harm will come to you" and he sits down now...feeling everything starting to haze for a bit 
Izuku: "you seem to know something" 
"It isn't I who knows what it is...that is yours to find out" 
Izuku: "Bunch of fortune cookie nonsense...who are you and why are you fucking around in my head" 
"..." 
Izuku: "Now we're staying silent...if you continue to do shit like...I have my fair share of people trying to either control me or fucking steal my body...and i'm not gonna let you get through easy" 
"you have been through a lot haven't you...Son of Firedrake...You faced battles before many...battles that were meant to be your last...yet you prosper...like the wind...you never let it pass...you are aware...you keep the fire in your heart alive...I am only here...because your mind...has called for me" 
Izuku: "...fine" as he looks over at the city...seeing the beauty it is...
"you always wanted to save the city...to live in harmony...to balance out both evil and good...but it is difficult to achieve...when you try and look past your own demons" as the city changed up...seeing it on fire now...the garden in shambles...he smell the ashes...the horrible smell of...of...that place 
Izuku: "I never...never wanted to go through that again" 
"and like the fire that fuels your courage...it is also fueling your hate...the anger that resides in you...for not just you enemies...but those who you have known in your past" seeing his old family in the distance  and they burn away... 
Izuku: "Don't i have a right to hate them" 
"It is not up to me to answer...however...you must control the flames...otherwise it will burn everything around you...even those you cherish...like the water...you have to clear your mind...keep yourself pure...let your mind and body be relaxed...and let others help you..." 
Izuku: "You say it like it's easy" 
"it isn't...do what you need is right...your journey is only beginning" as the area started to light up again 
Izuku: "wait..WAIT!!" 
but then...

he woke up 
Panam: "Hey!" as a pebble hits him he jolts awake...
Izuku: "hmm?" 
Panam: "shh!...they're here" as he sees its nighttime now he looks overhead and sees a bunch of cars approaching the area...and right in the middle of the batch he sees a truck that has the words Aldecado on it
Izuku: "that truck...I'm guessing it's your wheels" 
Panam: "right" 
Izuku: "okay...we can go loud or quiet...your call" 
Panam: I want to make sure my wheels don't get scratched in this...I'll be the one sniping...don't fuck this up" 
Izuku: "alright...loud or quiet...don't scratch the car...real fucking simple...but we can't have nice things..." and he looks over at the cars now stopping in place...seeing a bunch of them come out of the vehicles...trying to hear out their conversation...he can't tell what they're saying...
Izuku takes out Fenrir and attaches a suppressor on it...
Izuku: "alright then...cleanup...is in session"
